Enjoy a 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo in Beachside Villas, located near the beach in Santa Rosa Beach. This condo has been recently refreshed with updated interior decor and coastal-inspired touches throughout. The unit features a private balcony and access to community amenities including a pool and tennis courts.
Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.
About the Vacation Rental Unit:
This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation rental is located on the second floor of Building 4 in the Beachside Villas complex in Santa Rosa Beach. The unit has been recently updated with coastal-themed decor, offering a clean and comfortable space. The living area includes ample seating, and the kitchen comes fully equipped with a cooktop, microwave, refrigerator, and electric range. Flooring consists of tile and vinyl throughout. The unit features electric heating and ceiling fans, along with window treatments for privacy.
This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation rental features:
Master Bedroom: King bed and ensuite bathroom
Primary Guest Bedroom: 2 Queen beds
3rd Bedroom: Twin-over-queen bunk plus one twin bed
Master Bathroom: Ensuite, no bathtub
Primary Guest Bathroom: Full bath with a shower/tub combo
Maximum Guest Occupancy: 9 Guests (Please note that children under the age of two years still count toward the maximum guest occupancy.)
Parking:
The surface parking at this resort is public. Guests may park up to two vehicles in any legal spot next to the building! Please note that parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Beachside Villas Amenities: 2 Community Pools (1 is heated seasonally); 2 Tennis Courts; Community Charcoal Grills and Picnic Tables; Clubhouse; 2-Acre Beach at the End of San Roy; Golf Cart Trolley for Transportation (Seasonally); Shuffleboard; Small Children Playground Area
Beach Shuttle Service: Beachside Villas offers guests beach shuttle service from March through mid-September. Rides are currently offered down San Roy to the public beach access point. Shuttle service is available daily from 9am to 4pm.
Beach Rentals: Want to rent a bike, set up beach service, or enjoy a bonfire on the beach? Contact Redfish Rentals and Beach Services at least one day in advance: you’ll find their phone number and email online.
Beach Access: While the beach directly in front of the houses is a private beach, there are several convenient beach accesses nearby.
Sugar Dunes Beach Access features a shower and a short boardwalk over the dunes. There is no parking available (other than for bicycles).
Port Property Beach Access is about a short (5ish minute) walk away and is completely undeveloped.
Walton Dunes Beach Access, a quiet spot, is just a 3-minute walk from a public parking lot.
Eastern Lake Beach Access, on the other side of Eastern Lake, offers a shower, bike rack, and parking spaces, and is a 5-minute drive from this community.
Golf Cart Rentals: Street legal electric golf carts are also available to rent for 4, 6, or 8 passengers. We will share contact information upon booking.
Bikes can be rented through the office, but guests are not allowed to bring their own bikes. All bike racks in this community are designated for Redfish and Bigfish bikes only. Any other bikes left on the property will be donated.
Nearby Restaurants: Nearby restaurants include Kahve and Cream, Beachy Bean Coffee Co., Old Florida Fish House, The Steamboat Grill, Perfect Pig Grill and Fish House, Mi Casita Mexican Grill, The Donut Hut, Angelina's Pizzeria and Pasta and Cafe Thirty-A. Don't forget The Hub, which offers several restaurants including - Red's Chicken Shack, Crave Roadside Burgers, Mile Marker 15, Local Smoke, American Drinking Post, Mr. Freeze, The Hub Taco Truck, and so much more!

Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).
