We loved this condo. It was very clean. The host was in contact with us to see if we needed anything. The balcony was awesome with amazing views of the beach. Only a few steps to the beach. Will be back.

Steps to the beach! It’s so easy to get to the beach. No streets to cross. Just down the steps!Wonderfully clean, quiet, easy, close to shops, central to all hot spots. So many positive things to say, and not a single complaint. This was our second time staying in this rental and we will be back!

The location is excellent, and the apartment is very pleasant, clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. The company, 30A Luxury Vacancy, was excellent. However, we experienced a terribly awkward situation. We had left our children behind for a couples' trip to enjoy some privacy and quietly celebrate our 20th anniversary. Yet, during our stay—at a moment of intimacy—my husband had to jump out of bed to stop the owner from entering the apartment. The owner banged rudely on the door twice; without waiting for an answer, he simply opened it. He was demanding we check out, even though we had booked the apartment until the following day. The company was very attentive in trying to resolve the issue, but the distress and unpleasantness had already been caused. We dislike hotels due to the lack of privacy, so we booked an apartment to have a private space of our own. But it seems this apartment is the owner's personal space; his actions made the rest of our stay very unpleasant and made us feel like intruders. It was a highly disrespectful and extremely unpleasant experience.

You chose a private home to celebrate 20 years together, and having someone enter unannounced should never have happened. We understand how unsettling that was. We addressed this directly with the homeowner and made clear that no one may enter an occupied home without proper notice and coordination through our office. Great location with easy beach access. Unit was furnished well and clean. Bed sags a little but otherwise fantastic stay and the beach in front was not crowded.

Everything about our stay was wonderful! The condo was very clean, they had everything we needed, the communication through text made check in/out very easy, and the view and location were amazing! Overall a great choice to stay here :)
