Welcome to our cozy retreat in Auburndale, FL! This spacious home features 2 bedrooms and accommodates up to 8 guests, making it perfect for families or groups. Conveniently located near local attractions, it’s the ideal spot to relax, explore, and create lasting memories.

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home. The pool and everything you see in the photos is completely private to you. This home is setup like a duplex. The other unit that is completely separate has a long term tenant.

We conveniently offer self check-in and check-out. Though we are not available in person, we are happy to answer any questions and help accommodate to the best of our ability! The best way to contact us is through the Airbnb messaging app :)

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.

You are welcome to bring up to two pets (Dogs only, no cats please). A pet fee of $30/night per pet will be applied after the reservation is confirmed (Must be for the entire stay).
- Please note that in sunny Florida, with beautiful weather and greenery, come humidity and BUGS. (Yes, dare I say it...) These elements are a natural & very common occurrence! We have our property professionally sprayed for pests, but please remember to pack sunscreen and bug spray!

- All guests will be required to send a photo of their ID through messenger once the reservation is confirmed.

- All trash must be placed inside the bins provided. Leaving trash outside of the bins will result in a $100 fine.

- Pets are allowed with a fee of $30/night per pet. Maximum of 2 pets. Breed restrictions apply, please message us for more details. Pet fee will be required before check in through the resolution center. Pet fee is NON-refundable (fee applies for the entire stay). Please message us for any questions.

- There is absolutely NO smoking and NO drugs allowed inside the home. A fee starting at $500 will be applied if there is any smell or sign of smoking inside the home.

- Early Check in and Late Checkout is available upon request (Depending on availability, not guaranteed) for an additional fee of $50. Late checkout must be requested 24 hours in advance. Any late checkout requested less than 24 hours before will be denied.

- Checkout is by 10am. Any late checkout without permission will be charged a $100 fee. Please respect our checkout hours as our cleaners need the time to prepare our home for the next guests.

- We can accommodate a maximum of 8 guests at any given time. It's for your own comfort and the sanity of our cleaners. If desired, guests may have up to 9 guests with an extra guest fee of $15/night per guest (with permission from host)(Applies for children over the age of 2).

- The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age & must be one of the guests staying at the property. No third party bookings allowed, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form.

- You will be assigned a designated parking area and all vehicles must park in the assigned area.

- Please wipe shoes at the door. It is preferred that shoes are removed indoors when possible, so we can keep the place clean for you and the next guests!

- Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am. Also, keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time.

- No parties or events.

- No fireworks of any kind.

- No firearms on property, unless kept locked in vehicle.

- Please no food or drinks on the bed.

- Use studio at your own risk.

- Decorative items are not for use. Removal or Destruction of any items in the home will be subject to a fine.

- Follow additional guidelines posted within the home. Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure. Report damages immediately.

- We do not accept any reservation changes within 30 days of the check-in date, except for extensions. We will not approve requests to shorten your stay or adjust the dates to a later period. If you're unable to make your reserved dates, please cancel your reservation at your earliest convenience.

**We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of ANY of these rules.
