We had a lovely stay. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was large and well stocked and we loved the balcony. The location was perfect. Close enough to the bustle of the city yet quiet and peaceful and easy to get to Pigeon Forge.

Great location close to downtown. Nice view from the balcony. Apartment itself was clean and spacious. Highly recommend.

Wonderful place to stay! It was easy to get places when we left to go out exploring. We spent the nights sitting on the balcony listening to the river and looking at the mountains.

Beautiful condo!! Lots of space, gorgeous views from the balcony! Location was great close to downtown Gatlinburg but far enough from the noise. We definitely enjoyed this family trip!

This condo was a great choice for us, But we did have one issue. The stink bugs. They were all around the glass door and the entry from the patio to the master bedroom. I spent a couple hours killing them the first night. Then bought some bug spray and sprayed those entrances every day. That definitely helped. So to future guests and cleaners, DO NOT LEAVE THE SLIDING GLASS DOOR OPEN or THE MASTER BEDROOM PATIO DOOR OPEN.Other than that, we did enjoy our stay here. Location and parking was great. It is very close to downtown Gatlinburg, so if you wish, you could walk there or take a trolly. It was clean and I was able to reach out to the host and receive responses quickly. I would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed this condo. It was in a great quiet location and we had great views but still very convenient to the national park Gatlinburg and pigeon Forge The condo was one of our favorite things about the trip! Comfortably relaxing, and having coffee with a great view!

Our only complaints were the carpets were very dirty and there are no instructions on how to work the TV’s.

The pictures of the condo do not do it justice in terms of the size! The kitchen and living area were much larger than anticipated, giving us room to spread out and relax! Very happy with the value for what the condo offered, and being so close to town was great for a nice stroll into town, or a hop on the teolley!

The keyless entry was a little hard to use. Probably just needs new batteries.

Beautiful 2 bedroom condo with so much space! Loved the tables for games and the bar counter too! Plenty of dishes and glasses for everyone!! Nice TVs and the was right too!! Thanks for a great weekend away!

This condo was recently on the market for sale at 489,000. Nothing has changed since the 1980’s and much work is needed to update it. Kitchen has bare necessities so be prepared. Couches in den are worn and one needs to be steam cleaned badly. No blinds or curtains covering sliding glass doors in den so be prepared to feel very exposed. It appears the owner has given up caring about her guests in comparison to other condos in the same complex. We left a day early because we didn’t feel as comfortable as we did in another condo in complex.

The condo was well appointed, well furnished, very clean and in a great location. We were able to walk to downtown Gatlinburg. It’s a tiny bit of a hike, but we are both 65 and made it just fine. Only thing we missed was a blender (immersion or regular would have helped).
