House built in 2002. Has 2 bedrooms, one with king size bed and private bath other bedroom has queen size bed and bath off hall. Sleep sofa makes a queen size bed. Close to Tanger Outlet, which has minature golf as you enter, Old Time Pottery and Walden's Landing with miniature golf, 5 minutes from Parkway, 10 minutes from Dollywood, 5 minutes from Country Tonite, Comedy Barn,Smoky Mountain Opry (formerly The Miracle Theater) and Dixie Stampede,Titanic,Wonder Works and too many others to name.. Resturants

nearby are Cracker Barrel, , K.J.'s Grill,Red Lobster, Olive Garden, Mellow Mushroom, Calhouns, , Joe's Crab Shack, Bull Fish Grill, Carinos Italian and many others.

It has a nice .5 mile paved area to walk, close to river, which you would be able to use for fishing, etc. Does have 10 steps with a hand rail to get into the house. No hot tub, but priced accordingly. Please NO pets. This is a place for a goodwalk in a quiet family setting. If children have bikes, there is a good safe place to ride, not heavy vehicle traffic.

House is designed for families with good Christian values. DVD's, books, and games are designed for families. We would like to ask that you DO NOT smoke so as to not offend the next person that will be staying with us. Please for convenience of other people in area, limit of 2 vehicles in parking area.

If you are looking for a quiet and restful time, but not much drive time to sites, shopping and things to do, this is YOUR place to come and stay.

Perfect getaway

Great location! Quiet neighborhood, but convenient!

This house was perfect for us! Plenty of space for 4 adults and 2 kids under 10. The kids loved the board games and toys! The kitchen was great for making breakfast and lunches- we ate out for dinner, but there's plenty of space and cookware for any meal. The location is perfect! Nice quiet neighborhood, but still easy access to the parkway, restaurants, and attractions.

Quiet Living

Nice house in great neighborhood, close to everything. Nice place to walk and close to river. Have stayed here a few times. Will stay again. House has everything you need and very clean.

Great location

From fishing to shopping it’s all within minutes. My wife and I have stayed here around 6 times in the last 4-5 years and it never disappoints.

Location not accurate on listing..old and dated.

The listing shows the location as being a short walk to the Old Mill…it is no where near the Old Mill. The entrance staircase is quite wobbly with a considerable amount of spider webs. The furniture is very uncomfortable. The washer and dryer work very good. And we did appreciate access to use it. As we were there for 4 nights. Make sure you bring everything you need for the kitchen..there was a box of salt and some coffee filters. The refrigerator wasn’t very clean and even the dish detergent was just watery and cheap. The bed linens were horrible and old with little balls that felt like sand paper. The pillows were extremely FLAT. The bathroom wash cloths were very old, stained and worn. The carpet in the main bedroom was VERY DIRTY. The owners need to invest some money back in this place it is very run down, tired and dated.

Nice place to stay in Pigeon Forge area.

The house was as described and very convenient to our conference at the convention center. Carpets in the 2 bedrooms need cleaning but overall very clean and comfortable in a quiet neighborhood.

Fun time in Tennessee

Everything was as described. Easy access from town. Nice lil branch of Pigeon River across the street. Very quiet. Please contact us since we might have left a few items in the property.

Amazing house in wooded area but close to the action

This house was so nice. The check in process was easy and the house was stunning. Simple and comfortable. They had some games to use if wanted. What was best is the house was in a wooded area near a creek but it was just minutes away from the fun in Pigeon Forge. I highly recommend this house.

Perfect location and accommodations for 2 couples.

We often travel with friends to various locations but usually twice a year to the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area. We have never had a nicer place than this location with easy access to the Parkway and Pigeon Forge highlights. Clean and comfortable, it was perfect for us!!

One of the best places to stay!!!!

The house is in a great location. Absolutely loved being so close the main strip. There are no large grades to drive up or down and is in a quiet neighborhood. The house was perfect for a family of four and you could have a few more staying with you. Very clean and had everything we needed. Highly recommend staying here. We will definitely be staying again next time we go to Pigeon Forge.

Great location, price and amenities

Our family of 5 stayed here on a short trip to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. The layout and location of this house were perfect for our trip. The bedrooms and bathrooms accommodated our family well and the nearness to town made it convenient for eating out our dinners in the evening. The neighborhood felt safe and our teenage daughter was able to run each morning without fear. When we are back in the area, we will definitely look to stay here again.

2024 Vacation

The property was in a very nice, quiet neighborhood. It was close enough to all the action but far enough out of town that it was relaxing. The only issue we had was the floors were not clean at all. We acutally went and bought a mop because our feet/socks were black from walking on them. Otherwise, it was very nice and we’d stay again.

Purchased property 12 ago and built house then ,go as time allows us to. Both have worked most of our lives, now have privilege of staying with grand children several days a week, but still enjoy getting away to this area for relaxation. Grand children love to come with us due the Little Pigeon River across the street from the house. Please DO NOT SMOKE and NO PETS in the house since we do not do either of these in our own home!!!!!
