Away from the Hussle and brussel but only 1/2 mile from the Parkway.

House built in 2002. Has 2 bedrooms, one with king size bed and private bath other bedroom has queen size bed and bath off hall. Sleep sofa makes a queen size bed. Close to Tanger Outlet, which has minature golf as you enter, which has mini'gol , 5 minutes from Parkway, 10 minutes from Dollywood, 5 minutes from Country Tonite, Comedy Barn,Smoky Mountain Opry (formerly The Miracle Theater) Titanic,Wonder Works and too many others to name.. Resturants close by are Sunlighter Diner, Olive Garden, Red Lobster, Joe's Crab Shack., Calhouns, and Five Guys Burgers. There are about 15 steps to get into the house from the parking area. It is NOT close to pottery barn or Old Mill. VRBO will NOT allow me to change this locations, but NOT close to Old Mill.


It has a nice .5 mile paved area to walk, close to river, which you would be able to use for fishing, etc. Does have 15 steps with a hand rail to get into the house. No hot tub, but priced accordingly. NO PETS and NO SMOKING ALLOWED
This is a place for a goodwalk in a quiet family setting. If children have bikes, there is a good safe place to ride, not heavy vehicle traffic.

House is designed for families with good Christian values. DVD's, books, and games are designed for families. We would like to ask that you DO NOT smoke so as to not offend the next person that will be staying with us. Please for convenience of other people in area, limit of 2 vehicles in parking area.


If you are looking for a quiet and restful time, but not much drive time to sites, shopping and things to do, this is YOUR place to come and stay.

The home was clean, quiet, and had everything we needed to enjoy our time in Pigeon Forge without any worries. Having access to a washer and dryer was an added bonus, allowing us to do our laundry before heading home, which made the trip back even easier. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this home to others!

This is a nice rental for a great price in a great location! Plenty of space for a family of 4. Everything worked properly. The beds were comfortable but could use fluffier pillows in the first bedroom. We all slept great. The kitchen was clean and well stocked. I appreciated having the washer and dryer with detergent available. We enjoyed our visit to Pigeon Forge and would stay here again.

Perfect place to stay. Clean, quiet, safe. Close enough to everything, but far enough to not deal with the noise and chaos. My dad and I stayed here for a dad & daughter vacation. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom. The family area was good - plenty of space to relax, play cards, and heat up left-evers from our meals out. We realy love the place, and would absolutely stay here again. My only suggestions were to get the digit locks, those lock boxes are not fingernail friendly. Also, I would've liked to use the drawers in my bedroom but they were already full. These are just ME being picky, The property was excellent.

Home right off the Parkway a nice very quiet neighborhood and I love that it has a full size washer and dryer. We’ve stayedin the house before and the owner is very personable. it has most everything you need for cooking. The Home has good Wi-Fi.

The pictures of this place did not do it justice!! There was much more room than we were expecting!! It was everything we were needing it for!! Close to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg!! We would definitely stay here again!!

House was clean inside, all rooms were clean as well. Everything was in the kitchen that was needed for the stay. Host was very easy to communicate with and gave prompt answers to any questions we had.Would highly recommend

Purchased property 12 ago and built house then ,go as time allows us to. Both have worked most of our lives, now have privilege of staying with grand children several days a week, but still enjoy getting away to this area for relaxation. Grand children love to come with us due the Little Pigeon River across the street from the house. Please DO NOT SMOKE and NO PETS in the house since we do not do either of these in our own home!!!!!
