GUEST ACCESS

Guests will have access to all described rooms and amenities. The indoor fireplace and woodstove are non-operational. The home is heated and cooled by a combination of heat pumps and baseboard heaters. The driveway offers parking for up to 5 vehicles total. Entry is simple and secure with a smart lock—your personalized code will be provided before check-in.

Please Note: There is a maximum of 10 adults allowed in this home, and adults are not allowed to sleep on the top bunks of the bunk beds.

Please Note: The home is located on a well-traveled road so road noise is not uncommon to experience during your stay. Also, the property owners use the detached garage for personal storage so they may occasionally stop by to grab belongings. Treehouse shown in the photos is not for guest use and access is blocked off.

Please Note: As this home is located in a rural area, occasional bugs or small critters are a normal part of the environment. We have the property professionally treated by a pest control company on a regular basis, but no rural home can be completely bug-free. Thank you for your understanding as you enjoy Maine's natural surroundings.

Please Note: No electric vehicle charging is permitted at the house without prior host approval. A $200 fee will apply if a guest is found to have charged an electric vehicle at the house without host approval.
