The condo is overflowing with original character while also providing you with updated modern amenities. Located on Oglethorpe Square, you will be surrounded by the Southern beauty and emerged in downtown living. Just steps away from Savannah's restaurant and shopping scene, you will can walk to just about everywhere downtown. We can't wait to host you!
The Space:
Welcome to this stunning historic one bedroom, one bathroom condo located in the Historic District of Savannah, Georgia!
This charming condo is situated in the iconic Graham Building, built in 1924, and boasts incredible views overlooking Oglethorpe square, adjacent to the famous Thomas Owens house.
This condo has been carefully curated with a mid-century modern vibe that perfectly complements the building's historic charm. Inside, you'll find a spacious and inviting living room featuring a comfortable queen sleeper sofa and plenty of natural light pouring in through the large windows.
The bedroom is furnished with a luxurious king bed and offers plenty of closet space for your belongings. The updated bathroom features modern fixtures and a spacious shower and tub combo, and the fully equipped kitchen has been recently updated with all the amenities you'll need to prepare meals during your stay. We have a smart TV in the living and a second smart TV in the bedroom for your enjoyment. We also include free wifi and some fun family games.
A pac n play is available upon request.

Guest Access:
As guests you will enter the condo building from a shared entrance. The condo is on the first floor of the building. You will have full access to the entire condo during your stay.
The Neighborhood:
The condo is located in the Graham building facing Oglethorpe Square. This is one of the most desired locations in the Historic District of Savannah. You will be in the heart of downtown and within walk distance to all the shops, museums, and restaurants. Oglethorpe Square is located on a more quiet peaceful side of downtown. While the location is quite serene, we do ask guests to be aware that there may be some noises you are not accustomed to such as train horns, the fire department is also not too far away. In a 100 year old apartment building you may hear other guests in the hallways. The area is very walkable.
Getting Around:
The condo does not offer designated parking, however there are a few options There is city metered street parking that you can pay via the Park Savannah app. I do recommend downloading this app prior to your arrival. Each metered spot will have a number associated, you will add that number to the app and pay for parking and add time to the meter all through the app.
We also highly suggest parking in a city parking garage. The closest parking garage is right across the street. It is called the State Street Parking Garage at 100 E. State Street, Savannah GA 31401. You can access daily and weekend rates on their website
The City of Savannah also has visitor parking passes available. Details on the city visitor website. Public bus transit is also available and there are great local Trolley Tours that are also a great way to get a tour of the city!
There is a free city public transit bus call the DOT that circles the length of the historic district. Uber and Lyfts are readily available in the area. You can also download the LuLuSavannah app to reserve, rent and use electric scooters.
Other Things to Note:
The condo does not have central air or heat. There are two window AC/heat units. They keep the condo very cool during the summer months and the units have a heat setting as well to keep the condo warm in the cooler months. Each room also has a remote operated ceiling fan. A portable floor fan is also provided.
Parking is not provided with this listing. However there is a city parking garage right next door at 100 E State Street, Savannah GA 31041. There is also metered city street parking close by. You can download the Park Savannah app prior to arrival to pay via an app.
There is not a dishwasher, but all other kitchen necessities are provided and available for guest use.
Please note the smart TVs offer apps to streaming services. We do not offer cable or local channels.
Please note that the condo is in the heart of downtown, with that comes some city noises that you may not be accustomed to. We do provide a sound machine to help drown out any noises. We do try to make guests aware that Fridays and Saturdays can be loud due to our close proximity to Savannah's night life.
