Great place conveniently located near Forsyth Park was perfect for a weekend getaway for our family. Quiet, friendly and safe neighborhood with many restaurants, bakery and shops nearby. The hosts were amazing and went above and beyond to ensure we have a great stay. We definitely recommend this location and we look forward to returning here again in the future.

Savannah Trip

Awesome location. Two blocks from Forsyth Park and great restaurants. Star land Stays is extremely responsive and flexible to your needs. Would stay here again.

Great spot in Savannah

Great spot located right next door to local shops and restaurants and moment’s walk from beautiful Forsyth park. Walkable to more downtown spots by river street and short, inexpensive Uber ride if needed. Property felt private and safe with quintessential Savannah feel. Would absolutely recommend for a couple’s retreat or girl’s trip to the area!

This is such a cute, comfortable place. Listing was exactly as described. The space was spotless and check in was a breeze. Zero complaints and I would definitely recommend.

Great Location

We stayed in the back apartment. It’s a great location and the apartment has everything you would need but requires just a little attention to detail. You also have to climb up a set of metal stairs which didn’t bother us, but if may be an issue for some.

Very nice property. Close to Forsyth Park

Very nice bedding, towels, dishes etc. Coffee and tea nice addition, as were doggy treats. Pleasing decor. Ample safe parking on street . Outside stairs can be challenging for an older person. Fortunately I had my adult son to carry items up for me. He indicated pull out couch was reasonably comfortable. Would definitely recommend this property for anyone needing an extra bed.

Very comfortable and great location

I only stayed for one night as I was traveling through the area, but I would love to come back and stay here for a longer time when I can do the tourist thing in Savannah. The kitchen was beautiful, old and very nicely appointed with full-size appliances. Highly recommended.

Very private.

The property management failed to text me the entry code when they said they would. Luckily I had the wi-fi code already, and was able to access my email to retrieve the entry info. Once we were settled, it was a very quiet evening. Looks like there are still some things that need to be finished inside, and the light switches are extremely confusing.

Great location, accurate description in listing

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was great. Short walk from Forsythe Park where we spent a lot of time, and a few good places to eat within walking distance. It is a quick drive to historic downtown Savannah as well which was a plus. The property itself was as advertised. It could you a few upgrades to get everything in proper working condition, and a cleaning team to come in after each stay to make sure the unit has been vacuumed, counters wiped clean, and dishes cleaned as well, but overall we had no regrets staying here and would stay again.

Location location location

For me being by the park was important. Convenience was important. Having a place that was quiet was a must. And dog friendly is a bonus. The apt is super cute and the perfect size. Clean and well stocked with everything. There are stairs so make sure you are ok with them. I would def stay again. Two things I would fix: please add more lighting to the outside of the interior area before the stairs. That is a bit dark. Maybe a sensor light. And fix the bedroom closet doors. They are useless and didn't work. Couldn't access the little dresser which doesn't really fit inside. If the closets were overhauled then it would be perfect!! Thx Lynn

Great Location .... Super Cute Inside... Great Amenitiies ... Needs Some TLC Outside

The carriage house is in a great location, a1.5 block walk to Forsyth Park and walking distance to see lots of great Savannah. Inside is super cute with lots of extra amenities and all the appliances you need. Super comfy sheets and bed. Just be aware that there are 13 very steep open backed and open sided metal stairs to climb, not safe for children and not great for pets either. We carried our small dogs up and down the stairs as they could have easily fallen thru or off the steps if not careful. Also the courtyard area had broken glass and was unkept. It could use a lot of cleanup work. Also there 2 step down areas when you first enter the property. One step down is more apparent and the other is not and makes no sense to be there, plus isn't marked or brought to your attention, nor is it lighted very well, so watch your step. I fell one night due to these issues with the second step down area. I will say the owners responded quickly to the incident and I hope the issues are corrected. All in all, INSIDE the unit is GREAT, OUTSIDE needs a true dose of TLC.
