Nestled in Lancaster, this delightful lodge boasts 5 bedrooms, including 1 king bed, 4 queen beds, and 1 bunk bed. With 4.5 bathrooms equipped with one soaking tub, two shower/tub combinations, one large tile shower in the basement, and one large tile shower in the primary bedroom, guests will feel right at home. Relax on the screened in porch in one of two hammocks. Right outside the deck you will find a hot tub and gas grill area.
The kids will enjoy access to the volleyball area and playground. The property gives guests access to two kayaks and a paddle board. The back of the community has a large dock for fishing. The quiet cove is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the kayaks. The gorgeous interior and enchanting ambiance make for a tremendous stay. Enjoy all that Center Hill Lake and Lancaster have to offer when you stay at The Magnolia Lodge. Less than five minutes from Center Hill Marina.
There is access to the lake to fish, paddle board, and kayak in the back of the neighborhood. There is no direct boat launch in the neighborhood. Center Hill Marina is 5 minutes down the road with boat launch access and day slip rentals that are first come first serve. You will have access to the entire home, but the garage area will not be accessible during your stay. There is no access to the gated slip area in the back of the neighborhood.

The host responded right away to any questions. Beds are so comfortable and nice showers. Couldn't ask for a better place to stay. So roomy for a group.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The house was clean, beautiful, and functional for our large group. The host was very responsive and helpful. We plan to book again next year!

The Magnolia Lodge exceeded our expectations. Well-equipped with plenty of room for a large family. Comfortable and relaxing. The host was easy to contact and responsive to our questions and needs. I would not hesitate to return to this lodge and I highly recommend it.

The host is extremely responsive and helpful. We stayed in the entire weekend; a perfect spot for multiple couples or large family. The kitchen has a lot to offer for cooking and baking. TVs in every room, baths for 3 of the bedrooms and one shared bath downstairs for two bedrooms. The neighborhood is quiet.

Our stay at The Magnolia Lodge was above and beyond our expectations. We loved the large open gathering spaces with room for all our family to gather around the multiple fire places. The 5 bedrooms provided get away time for napping and rest time. We would highly recommend this property to friends and families. The short walk to the park and to the lake was beneficial to get us out with our grandchildren and get some fresh air and play time. Our grandchildren enjoyed playing the games that were at The Lodge and our teenagers used the hot tub often. A great place we plan to visit again in the future.Ann was great and quick to help out when we had any questions about our trip.

Great property! Everything was extremely clean, modern, and spacious enough for two families. Check-in was smooth, and the owner provided just the right amount of communication. The open kitchen and living area were wonderful for hanging out, and the screened outdoor space was great in the mornings. We would definitely stay here again!

This gated neighborhood is located just minutes from Center Hill Lake. There is a dock in the back of the community where you can fish, paddle board ,or kayak. The property is 5 minutes from Center Hill Marina. You can also pay a fee to Center Hill Marina and tie up to the dock area in the back of the neighborhood. Families love the community area that is equipped with a volleyball area, playground area, and charcoal grill area with picnic tables.

Come unwind in this unique three story all stone lodge. There is plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy the outdoors. The screened in porch is stunning with ample seating for friends and families. A unique Jack Daniel's sink in located in the downstairs of the property.
