Great visit with old friends.

We enjoyed the spacious hang out rooms, the porch and fire pit patio, and the lake views! Overall, great stay.

This home is absolutely beautiful and well furnished. The windows on main floor are amazing! It was clean and gorgeous! We were very satisfied and comfortable. Just to share, there are several steps from the bottom floor to the main level, then several more up to the bedrooms. These were not a problem for us or our tiny chihuahua. If small children or toddlers, it may be a good idea to bring baby gates.

Great Place to stay

6 adults, 1 infant, and 2 dogs. Beautiful lookout view, nice new house with plenty of activities.

Beautiful Center Hill Lake Home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. The spacious deck provided lovely views of the lake, as did nearly every window in the house. The house was beautiful, spacious, super clean and very comfortable.

Beautiful and large

Such a beautiful home! Everything is new and comfy. Plenty of space for the 12 of us. Be prepared for a lot of stairs

This is a beautiful house. It's spacious and super clean. It has gorgeous views and decor. The driveway and parking area are magnificent. Having said that - we called it "the house of a million stairs". Be prepared to haul groceries/luggage/kids up and up and up. It would be amazing for larger parties and we'll definitely be staying there again!

CHL Trip

Awesome house, very spacious and bright. Loved the view from the fire pit. Not a fan of Jack and Jill bathrooms but we made it work ok. Would definitely rent this again.

Double family vacay

With 4 adults and 5 kids ages 8-17 this was the perfect vacation home. Close to all the outdoor adventures we wanted and an amazing lqy out. It was perfect for time together but also big enough to have space when you wanted it. The first floor was a hit with the kids. They claimed it as the kids room/game room. We look forward to booking this home again.

Relaxing and quiet

Great house! Lots of extras to make the stay great...games, firewood, lighters for fire and grill, plus all the cookware for dinner in. The drive way is pretty steep and there are a lot of steps. Just an FYI for older guests and little kids.

New Years Family Stay

Great overall. Large space for everyone to spread out. Great kitchen, bathrooms and laundry room. Beautiful views of the lake. Bathroom floors and rugs need to cleaner. Outdoor trash container needs to be larger for family stays. Outdoor terrain and indoor steps were worrisome for kids and elderly folks.

Perfect hideway

Three groups, ages 6-68, stayed here from our dad's 80th surprise birthday party. The house was immaculate. Comfy beds. Room for everyone and spare couches and blowup mattress, if needed. Beautiful view of the lake. Not too far from Smithville and relatively easy access to I40. It's about 10 miles from a main road and one should be careful of the narrow road, tight curves, and steep drops. Also know there are a lot of stairs. Would definitely stay here again when in the area.

Beautiful, spacious, private, and so very peaceful !

We loved our stay. If you need to get away and want be surrounded by natural beauty, this is the place! The deck is right in the canopy of the trees. Every morning you can have your coffee and listen to the birds. Hawks nest nearby, and they look so beautiful soaring against the backdrop of the lake. The rooms are all large and there are three floors, so there's plenty of space to spread out. Send the kids down to play games while you sit by the fireplace and watch a movie or the big game. Check out the views from the bedrooms on the top floor! Just be aware that all of the bedrooms are upstairs, so if you cannot climb stairs this may not be the house for you.
