Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in 610 for our child's first beach trip. The room and views were fantastic; the amenities were great, loved the saltwater pool for getting our child in the water while one of us made breakfast. I would recommend rugs be added under the beds (or maybe rubber pads under each leg) because a lot of vibration from what I assume is the central HVAC will vibrate into your ears if you're a side sleeper. We also had some inconsiderate neighbors that we had spoken with, and had the front desk speak with about their music/bass being so loud it was vibrating everything in our room, and the surrounding units. It went on until about 5AM before the front desk finally got them to turn it off. That's not a critique of the unit, but the experience was enough that we would be hesitant to book again just to avoid it. Essentially no sleep after a long beach day going into a drive home was rough.That said, the staff accommodated an extra hour for a late checkout because of this, and unrelated to the incident, the staff, particularly Larry, were all extremely friendly and warm. If you are a heavy sleeper, then there is no reason to not book here!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was amazing. The condo was everything and more that we were hoping for. The view was GREAT. All the comfort of home. Kitchen was fully stocked with anything we could have needed to cook with. Beds were comfortable. All the amenities at the resort were what we had hoped for. Will be back for another stay soon.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lots of contrast here. Outstanding location and beach access. Outstanding front desk staff in manner, assistance and attitude. Hot water plentiful and air conditioning excellent. Condo floorplan excellent. Pool and pickle ball court well taken care of- but we did not use. Now the rest: Building exterior and elevator had me searching for an alternative location immediately. Scary old. Everything was sold out so we stayed. The view was excellent but the coffee maker old- wish I had known what it was ahead. Great quality glass glasses, plates and silverware but no cooking utensils of any kind and no real serving pieces. Interior had been updated but needed paint and the decking was so worn it was scary. No bathroom amenities except hand soap. Blanket on bed stained and scratchy material. Old upholstery couch we put a sheet on before sitting. The cleaning was excellent but it’s a very old, weather worn building and it shows. Pricing seemed very high compared to our far superior rental we stayed at in April just up the beach.. Clearly due to seasonal demand.
