We do want to note that while we manage the interior of our individual vacation rental units, we do not have control over the exterior appearance, maintenance schedules, or construction projects within the condominium complex. However, we understand how those items can impact the overall guest experience, and we will be happy to pass your feedback along to the HOA for their consideration. We also appreciate you bringing the dishwasher, washing machine, and garbage disposal concerns to our attention. It is a great condo, super close to the beach. The bathrooms are updated compared with others we have stayed. We loved the bunk beds for meeting up with friends and their kids. We enjoyed making lots of fun memories and playing games back at the condo.We cooked and grilled at the condo for most of our meals.We had all the basic essentials. Pathway to the Sea was a great end to Summer with relaxing fun days at the beach for our family.

We do want to kindly note that, as mentioned in both the listing description and rental agreement, we provide a starter kit for each reservation. This includes items like one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, dish soap, two dishwasher pods, and basic toiletries. The starter kit is intended for about one night, and guests are encouraged to bring any additional supplies they may need, as we do not resupply during the stay. We also appreciate you bringing the maintenance issues to our attention—we’ll make sure our team looks into those right away. So glad you were able to enjoy your stay despite some technical difficulties, but glad they were able to be fixed in a timely manner. I am so sorry the communal pool was not heated during your stay. We hope to see you again real soon so you may enjoy the pool more.

We are so glad you were able to enjoy the home despite the hard work you had to put in. I have spoken with the house keeping staff in regards to checking the pots and pans as they come out of the dishwasher and not taking everything at face value. And with the maintenance staff to check for unwelcomed critters trying to make homes where they shouldnt. I will be bringing your concerns about the bed to the homeowner as it is the guests informing us that maybe some change or a new bed may make guests happier and more likely to return in the future.
