Welcome to Village By the Beach. "Ocean Breeze" is decorated with fun beach themed decorations. We have 55" HDTV in main living room. Each bedroom has 43" HDTV. The living area is nice to relax and watch a show or just to visit. The dining area is located on main floor. It has furnished kitchen, washer & dryer, sofa sleeper, bathroom has shower and furnished towels. The master bedroom, on main floor, has king bed, dresser, and 2 closets. Upstairs there are 2 queen beds and a bathroom with a tub/shower. Also the entry way to balcony. On the balcony you will find 4 adirondack chairs with tables that look over the pool. Balcony is covered. Unit is located by poolside. It has a private patio that over looks pool. At night the heated pool steals the show with its color changing lights. There is an overhead fountain and a separate kiddie pool with changing lights. There are BBQ grills in pool area plus 6 other grills on sight.
YOU are going to have a GREAT time and make a lot of MEMORIES at Ocean Breeze!!! COME SEE for YOURSELF We do not do long term rentals from May 20-August 20

Home sweet home

This feels like our second home every year we return. Stephanie has been very responsive when the coffee maker broke down. We also received new sofa, loveseat, and chair. They are just beautiful. Stephanie also replaced the mattress and is getting the place repainted. Can’t wait to return! Location and pool are the best also!

Unit was in front of the pool, pool was great! During the week, the entire place was super peaceful. Would love to spent time there again.

Fabulous location and great property.

The beach is just across the street and the pool is right in front of the door!! Very clean and comfortable. The beds are awesome. We had a wonderful holiday and will look forward to coming again.

Family vacation

Great property near the beach. Really enjoyed the unit location by the pool. We had everything we needed. This would be one of the very few places I would book again. Wish we were still there!

Location of this location was perfect. Directly across from the pool, very short walk to the beach, and easy access to Port A and Corpus. Very clean and exactly as shown.

Great month long stay on Padre island

We had a great stay. The house was clean and had the necessary essentials to get us started for our month long stay. The pool was excellent and right out the front door. The property is located a block from a beach access and the sea wall starts right there if you don’t want to walk on the beach. We were close to several good restaurants, the local grocery store, mini golf & ice cream. Flour Buff is very close and had additional shopping/restaurant options. Downtown Corpus Christi is about 30 min away. We would definitely stay again if we return to the area.

Wonderful Stay!

We really enjoyed staying here. It was perfect for our toddlers and teens. The pool is great and convenient plus I felt extra safe with the patio gate and the pool gate. It was extra protected for my little ones. We were close enough to the beach to walk, stay for a while, and come back to the pool. The house had everything we needed and more. It felt like home, very relaxing yet spacious. We will definitely be returning in the future.

Great location

Amazing location with great potential!! Unfortunately it is in need of a deep , deep cleaning. The property owner was amazing for letting us do an early and late check out but unfortunately the property hasn’t been kept up with in some weeks. There was Heavy mold in dish washer we did not use the utensils and towels had horrible smell, dust was also heavy through out the house which was a nightmare for my son’s allergies. Pros are it is close to the beach and directly in front of the pool area, the top balcony is also a big plus !!

Perfect Location

Village by the beach is the best location around the area. Can walk to beach and go for a long walk along the mile long seawall or on the beach. Can drive onto the beach to spend the day and have all your beach things with you. Excellent floor plan in the unit with king bed in master bedroom on main level and huge bedroom upstairs with 2 queen beds and balcony overlooking beautiful pool. We loved the high ceilings which made unit seem extra spacious. Everything you could need in kitchen when you want to cook. Also many good restaurants within a 10 minute drive.

Awesome!

The condo was perfect. We were missing a few things as our stay was for 3 months, but Stephanie, the owner, and Veronica our onsite contact helped us immediately. Village by the beach is the perfect place for winter Texans as everyone is so friendly and they soon became good friends. We are returning next year for sure. Many thanks to Stephanie for supporting us when we needed it. Looking forward to next winter 😘

Perfect!!! Just Perfect!!!

We asked our oldest grandaughter what she wanted for her graduation. She said beach time, lots of beach time. We started looking for a place to stay. We found this gem and booked it right away. This place had everything we meeded for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed the showers, the beds, and the pool. This was our fifth trip to the Whitecap Beach area, and hopefully not our last. We weathered two tropical storms, Alberto and Beryl. We hardly knew there was anything going on outside. What the locals were calling major storms, being from Oklahoma, we just call that Tuesday. The owner and site manager were informative and helpful. We would definitely stay again. Thanks Stephanie and Veronica for making this trip wonderful!

Awesome beach condo!

Unit was just as advertised. Checkin was flawless (they sent an email), we had one issue with breaker that had flipped, message was immediately answered and just required a reset. Condo is pool side which was so awesome for the little ones, right out the front door (gated which was awesome for littles also) and into pool area. Plenty of seating at pool. Condo was very nice, clean and had all the amenties we needed. Washer and dryer on property was the best I have ever seen at a rental. Short walk to beach, but with little ones it was easier to drive. Everything was super awesome and we will be back! Great response from property agent!

Great Location!

Upon arrival we noticed the cushions on the outdoor patio were covered in bird poop which wasn’t the best first impression, and we had a little trouble gaining entry but the owner responded quickly when I reached out. The location is right outside the pool gate which my kids loved. Pool was large enough for several groups to share and had many seating options with covers. The beach was really close. 2 minute drive where you could park right on the beach and unload or a short 5-10 minute walk down the beach access road. We enjoyed the beach and pool pretty much every day, while taking in some of the local cuisine. Island Joe’s and the Sandwich Shoppe became our go-to places! Overall a great condo with even better location and plenty of amenities. Great for families!

Missing toilet seat was unfortunate for such a beautiful condo.

We arrived at our condo to find the downstairs bathroom missing the toilet seat. When I contacted the manager she was aware of the issue and although she had a good reason for it not having been replaced by the time we checked in (which was almost 2 hours after check in time) Communicating this issue to us beforehand would have been the right thing to do. We probably could have picked one up and installed it ourselves. On top of that the offer was to possibly come later in the evening but more than likely the next morning to add the toilet seat. We were checking out the next morning at 11am and felt that was pointless. Although she was very apologetic and communicated very well there after we were not offered any type of discount or even a late check out (which had been requested upon booking). The condo itself was lovely and had everything you could possibly need including extra fans for this Texas heat but a missing toilet seat is something you just can’t bounce back from.

Close to beach and fishing. Love the complex. Awesome pool that can see from unit. Close to Schlitterbahn Water Park. The Veranda Restaurant is close to with great food.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

Love the area. close to beach. Quiet neighborhood. Love the pool. We were lucky to get a unit that is by pool and we have a patio overlooking pool and BBQ grill area.
