FAMILY FRIENDLY. GREAT HEATED POOL

Welcome to Village By the Beach. "Ocean Breeze" is decorated with fun beach themed decorations. We have 55" HDTV in main living room. Each bedroom has 43" HDTV. The living area is nice to relax and watch a show or just to visit. The dining area is located on main floor. It has furnished kitchen, washer & dryer, sofa sleeper, bathroom has shower and furnished towels. The master bedroom, on main floor, has king bed, dresser, and 2 closets. Upstairs there are 2 queen beds and a bathroom with a tub/shower. Also the entry way to balcony. On the balcony you will find 4 adirondack chairs with tables that look over the pool. Balcony is covered. Unit is located by poolside. It has a private patio that over looks pool. At night the heated pool steals the show with its color changing lights. There is an overhead fountain and a separate kiddie pool with changing lights. There are BBQ grills in pool area plus 6 other grills on sight.
YOU are going to have a GREAT time and make a lot of MEMORIES at Ocean Breeze!!! COME SEE for YOURSELF We do not do long term rentals from May 20-August 20

The kitchen lights were dim and practically going out. The shower rods were loose. There was a dead bug smashed against the wall. Paper towels holding up a corner of the dirty table. Fridge setting was way too cold and ruined our produce. We were asked to start dishes and towels, which we did. The crazy thing is I am not one to complain and would have never complained had the homeowner not been so rude. The problem was this home owner was extremely rude. We have been taking trips to this area for YEARS and have never had an issue with a homeowner. This homeowner accused my family of damaging their tub. We never saw any damages to the tub. We have never disrespected anyone’s home and the way this homeowner accused and messaged me about it was extremely rude. No one has ever made me feel the way she did. Now I have to waste my time with my busy and demanding life fighting this claim so we are not charged for something we did not do. The only plus about this home was the pool was right near the entrance and the pool was beautiful. There was nothing else good about this place. Never again!! Now I have learn led that I must take pictures and look at everything moving forward when checking into a place. I shouldn’t have to do that.

Hello I’m sorry that you feel that I was rude.. The reason for the paper towel holder under the table leg is because the floor is uneven.. so instead of having the table wobbling we used that… I’m not sure what I can do about the kitchen lighting as the fixtures are there… I do have picture of hole inside of the bath tub.. I don’t know how it would have gotten there if someone just didn’t have an accident while you were there because my house keeper would have seen it when she cleaned it. I’m sorry to say it but I think you were very rude when you told me that you think my house keeper( which who has been with me for 10 years) lied to me.. There wasn’t any other guests in there after you.. Yes the house keeper didn’t clean unit the same day that you checked out because she knew we didn’t have anyone checking in that day and she had a super busy day with cleaning her other units.. As for wasting time I’m sorry you feel that way.. Be glad that you’re not having to pay the full amount of $425.51 like I have to Bottom line is that I’m sorry that you and your family didn’t enjoy your stay at all.. I 🙏 that you’re next stay with whoever and wherever is better Thank you Stephanie

Amazing host, condo, and location. Clean home with nice furniture. Close to beach. At beach you are able to drive car on beach which was amazing. No walking and lugging all your beach ware.

Annual Family vacation

We take a trip with our family every summer to North Padre Island. This is our second time staying at this condo and it’s amazing! Very clean and well kept. The hosts is very easy to communicate with and always responds timely. We will definitely be back to this place!

Awesome Experience!

Walking distance to White Cap beach was a great plus, but the property itself was amazing! The host was super friendly. The place was well stocked on all items you might want or need. Great AC and hot water! We also loved that there were good sized TV's in each room. This is the place to stay. We will definitely be back next year.

Close to beach and fishing. Love the complex. Awesome pool that can see from unit. Close to Schlitterbahn Water Park. The Veranda Restaurant is close to with great food.

Love the area. close to beach. Quiet neighborhood. Love the pool. We were lucky to get a unit that is by pool and we have a patio overlooking pool and BBQ grill area.
