Historic and cute!

Great location, host was very helpful and communicative. Everything was set up, clean and organized. Lots of easy access to restaurants, shopping and downtown Annapolis. Great to have easy parking. The view was fantastic

In the Heart of Annapolis Royal...

This lovely apartment in downtown Annapolis Royal is beautifully furnished, immaculately clean and includes a fully equipped kitchen. The refrigerator was stocked with generous breakfast supplies and a selection of various teas and coffees was available. The unit is in close proximity to a number of restaurants and shops and is a good starting off point for day trips to many Nova Scotia points of interest.

Wonderful apartment in Annapolis Royal

The apartment was perfectly located in the charming town of Annapolis Royal and it was pristine and spotless. We highly recommend Anita's place. We loved our stay and it was a wonderful base for our family weekend wedding.

Charming apartment in a delightful town

The apartment was comfortable, stylishly decorated, complete with everything we could have wished for, and very centrally located. The weather left something to be desired but that just meant we could enjoy all the more the apartment's wonderful view out over the Annapolis Basin in all its changing moods. The host added several touches that only added to our pleasure, like a bottle of wine, abundant coffee and coffee-cream, and generous supply of breakfast-makings. Thank you so much for a terrific stay.

You won’t find a better location in this small town. The apartment itself is beautiful and clean. The view is gorgeous. The host (Anita) is A+.

Beautiful and relaxing stay

I had the most amazing stay at this beautiful property. As soon as I walked in, I was blown away by how warm and inviting it felt and from the amazing views from the livingroom. Watching the sunset every night was definitely a highlight. Much like the town, the property was full of charm, all the little details and the claw foot bathtub was probably my favourite. The host was amazing, she definitely went out of her way to ensure we had a wonderful stay. It was so wonderful that I was so sad to leave. Anyone visiting the area, make sure to check out the crows nest in Hillsburn and Frank and Dora’s in Cornwallis.

The ideal spot

Having this apartment as our home for 9 days was ideal for our group. You cannot beat the location. It is right across the street from Fort Anne and the large living room windows mean you have a second-floor view at all times of the incomparable Annapolis River. You are within walking distance of all the things you'd want to see or do in Annapolis Royal. The apartment was well equipped and comfortable for our group of 4 to each have our own space during our stay. I would recommend taking a close look at the bathroom as there is a stand-alone clawfoot tub that was a bit tricky for our seniors to navigate; however they managed. The property manager was very transparent with us about this before booking. We would definitely return and we highly recommend!

Great Place to Stay

This was a perfect place to stay for us - 3 very comfortable bedrooms and a lovely sitting room and kitchen (although we didn't really use the kitchen). We were so close to everything in Annapolis Royal so we just walked from the apartment. Highly recommend Wilf's place!

Great getaway in Annapolis Royal

We stayed here for three nights on a cycling holiday. This apartment was spotless and spacious enough for us to spread out in. Terrific view of the water and walking distance to all amenities in the area. Such a vibrant area with a great market and entertainment that we took full advantage of. Nicely stocked kitchen and we appreciated the host leaving breakfast supplies and the bottle of wine. It was a warm weekend and we were very thankful for the AC. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing

The appartement was impeccable. The breakfast was included (milk,orange ,juice, bread,eggs,ect) It was really clean. The area was friendly. If we go back we'll rented this appartement again. Just Thank you for the welcoming.we will keep good memories of Annapolis Royal. Thank you again.

Fantastic property in Center of Annapolis Royal

Great location- across the street from waterfront and steps the St Anne’s Fort. Spic and span apartment with 2 good sized bedrooms. Very well stocked with anything you could need for a short stay.

The apt was perfect -slept well!!! A kitchen that seemed organized by your favorite school teacher!!! It had everything!!! The views from the apt were incredible and amazing!!! Morning and evening walks that are life affirming! Lovely decor fun and artistic! We came we hiked, we took in the port and we loved !!! Thank you, thank you , thank you !!

The apartment was lovely. Very homey and relaxing. In the heart of Annapolis Royal & walking distance to everything. Visiting family in the area and they will definitely be recommending the apartment also to people looking to stay in Annapolis Royal. Anita is a super nice person & recommended places to see on our trip. Will definitely stay here again on our next trip. Thank you for the wonderful memories.

Charming waterview apartment in the heart of Annapolis Royal

I have nothing but good things to say about this rental. Location is perfect, right out the door to the best of this charming town: excellent bakery, coffee shops, 2 book stores, wine bar and brewpub all within two blocks. The facilities are great with a full, well-stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, and spacious living room with a water view. Beds are comfortable and the block is super quiet. The host goes the extra mile, with breakfast essentials in the fridge, a bottle of local wine, a basket of toiletries, and folding chairs to take to the amphitheater. Everything was super clean. We would happily stay here again.

everything you need and more!

Anita really knows how to receive. Every little detail is made to make you feel welcome. She makes sure our arrival is stress-free, the apartment is very clean, and the fridge is stocked with breakfast supplies. What great attentions (Thank you Shelly!) The rooms are well furnished in new, and the mattresses very comfortable. And what about the view that the huge windows of the living room give us on the Annapolis Basin and its sunsets: wow! Be careful, a staircase leads to the accommodation upstairs, and the bathroom is not very wide. We really enjoyed our stay at Annapolis-Royal. Lots of places to visit around, and the restaurants are excellent. We recommend Wilf Place and will definitely return if the opportunity arises.

Beautiful apartment overlooking Annapolis River

Beautifully-appointed apartment right in the middle of Annapolis Royal near the Fort, Botanical Gardens, good restaurants & brewery. Wish we stayed longer. It's a lovely, spacious apartment and it was delightful to have breakfast makings & a bottle of wine to enjoy. Neighbors were very friendly and it was quiet. Beds & furniture were comfy. Communication with Anita was easy and enjoyable. I would highly recommend staying @ Wilf's place,and do go to the evening Graveyard Tour where you'll hear a good amount of history with a delightful presenter.

A wonderful stay

We had a fabulous time at Wilf's Place. The apartment was just as shown on line but one thing that was missing from the description was the view. Wow, the view!! After a long day, we relaxed with a glass of wine overlooking the water with the windows open and the beautiful breeze coming in. Heaven!! The apartment was clean with all of the little extras such as a bottle of wine, breakfast items, milk, orange juice, coffee and tea and every kitchen item you may require. Such a thoughtful gesture. The check in process was simple and communication was very helpful. We loved our time here and would have no issue rebooking.

Das Appartment im Zentrum ist nett eingerichtet und sehr geräumig. Die Besitzerin Anita ist sehr gastfreundlich. Bei Ankunft war der Kühlschrank gut gefüllt und einem tollen Frühstück stand nichts mehr im Wege (Eier, Milch , Toast, Butter, Saft,...) - einfach fantastisch. Info: Waschmaschine und Trockner gab es auch !! (Ideal auf langer Reise)
