My family and I travel a lot for both work and fun. We have stayed at many VRBO homes and condos over the years and this unit and Elise were OUTSTANDING for both customer service and the unit itself. Elise did a fabulous job at communicating, exceeding our expectations with all. I've been in the residential real estate business for 20 years and recommending her to my brokerage in Virginia for anyone needing a rental property near the Space Coast area of Florida. The unit itself was incredible! The interior condition was pristine, showed exceptionally well, exceeded what we were expecting. Perfect set up for us for the week and our family loved it. This was our favorite VRBO experience to date. THANK YOU ELISE!!

The property was great, pool was clean and everyone was very friendly. The property is beach front and was so easy to access. The unit was great, plenty of room and easy to get in and check out

This oceanfront property in Cape Canaveral is one-of-a-kind. The apartment is beautifully furnished and fully equipped with everything you could want on vacation. Elise and her team have thought of everything. Both bedrooms have amazing ocean views, and the ocean view from the living room and balcony is spectacular. I say that as a person who is picky about views. The pool and the ocean are steps away, and the apartment comes with beach chairs, an umbrella, shuffleboard and mini-golf equipment, board games, beach toys, frisbees, and beach towels. The neighborhood is great for walking and jogging, and there are restaurants and a Publix within a quick drive. You're also close to Kennedy Space Center, jetskiing and kayaking on the Banana River, and of course Disney and Universal Studios. We lucked into watching a SpaceX cargo rocket launch from the north balcony of the apartment building during our stay. (Check Next Spaceflight; they are more common than you might think.) The other great thing about this property is that it is quiet. We were here in August, and both the pool and beach were tranquil and uncrowded, which is amazing for a beach town in summer. My family had a great time; thank you Elise and the FloriCasa team!
