Great lake house, we had a very relaxing stay. We loved the open floor plan and spent a lot of time on the screened in porch. Furniture including the beds were comfortable and clean. This was one of the best camps we have ever rented.

The cabin was clean, comfortable,light and bright, with a high beamed ceiling that gives a feeling of space. Well stocked with kitchen and bathroom items. And the glass doors leading to the huge screened porch overlooking the lake provided a beautiful view seen throughout the main floor. A nice dock and a sandy entry into the lake, the sound of the loons all made it hard to leave.

This was an amazing cabin on a beautiful lake. It was exactly the relaxing experience we were looking for in Maine. The screened in porch was a heavenly place for a beverage and a book, both morning and night. We loved listening to the loons (and other birds), kayaking on the lake with the provided equipment, and preparing meals in the well equipped kitchen (and letting the dishwasher do the cleanup!) All of the spaces in the cabin were comfortable, well designed and larger than we expected. Parking was easy, as was access to the water and to towns like Oakland and Belgrade Lakes. Kimberly was responded to emails really quickly. We had everything we needed for a wonderful stay.

We had coffee on the screen porch with the loons each morning. What's better than that? Abundant bird sitings of herons, bald eagles, ducks, and osprey. We kayaked on the protected cove as much as we could. Kimberly is an amazing host with great communication. Adventures were close by, too. We will definitely stay again!

Absolutely gorgeous location and super clean beautiful home. Kim is an amazing host and quickly responds to any questions. Her home is just perfect with a fabulous location on the lake. We are definitely coming back next year! I highly recommend this home for the best vacation ever!.

House was very clean and modern. All the necessary items- cooking , grilling , etc. were available. Location was great with bald eagles , hawks, and even a heron to watch. Boat launch was right around the corner, although fishing this time of year, and with hot weather, was not that good. Kids can fish off the dock and catch pan fish Cons- the downstairs toilet is on a pump system, and is a bit noisy. Overall , a very quiet and peaceful place to relax and enjoy.

This was a clean, inviting property. The guest was very helpful with questions. The outside property was a pleasure to spend time in. We totally loved the the front screened in porch. The house was equipped with every amenity you could need. Bed were cozy. A bathroom on each floor was convenient. The house was pet friendly with wood floors & open play areas.A few items of note: the lower floor bathroom toilet was tight for a larger person. You must navigate steps to access the house. The driveway steps were tight & made bringing in bags & suitcases a challenge. The lakeside steps need structural work & the screen door was stuck. All in all, it was a nice stay for a few days.

Stayed for a few days. Our rental was ready about 20 minutes early. Kitchen had everything we needed to make dinners at home and BBQ. Very quiet nights. Saw lots of wildlife: deer, loons, ducks, geese and goslings, fish, squirrels, and tons of birds. Highly recommended.

Gorgeous lake house with a stunning main floor living/dining/open kitchen that flows right onto an incredible screened porch. Top notch kitchen, comfy sectional couch, big dining table. High beamed ceilings. Just a fantastic main floor. Nice powder room on main floor as well. Bedrooms are nice…comfortable beds. 3/4 bath is fine…shower is a little tight. Beautiful lake, kayaks included. Very convenient to Colby…15” drive.

This is a lovely lakeside camp. (Not sure if "Camp" is an accurate word, as it has modern amenities.) The lake is less than 30 yds from the back door. The two bedrooms are comfortable (1 king, 1 queen) and the living area is spacious. I loved enjoying coffee in the morning on the screened-in porch, overlooking the lake, listening/watching the loons swim by. The owners were very responsive, which was one of the reasons I chose this property over others. I can't say enough about how any questions I had were responded to within 24 hrs (before I rented.) Once I was there, any questions were answered within the hour- and its the owners, not some service.There are outdoor grills for cooking (there is an electric oven/range for colder days) and plenty of utensils/plates for preparing and eating food.The owners provide 3 8ft Loon recreational kayaks with paddles and life jackets. I fished every morning. The cove is ideal for relaxation. At the south end of Salmon Lake, it has sunfish, perch, Smallmouth and Largemouth bass. The boat/jet ski traffic does not go into the cove, so it remains peaceful and tranquilThe area is peaceful/quiet/remote. You need a car to get anywhere, but you can visit the local markets for basics or go to Augusta/Waterville for larger box stores/supermarkets for supplies. We visited and loved nearby Gardiner and Hallowell for walking and restaurants. (IF you fly fish, do not miss Selene's Fly shop in Gardiner.)

A beautiful and cozy cabin with great views and a peaceful atmosphere. The perfect getaway spot if you are seeking peace and comfort. The sound of the Loons on the lake reminds you of just where you are. Convenient location yet hidden away. Kim is a very communicative host who always responds promptly and is very accommodating.
