This Welaka house boasts 3 inviting bedrooms - 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and 2 twin beds. There are suitcase stands and closets in each bedroom. The 2 bathrooms are equipped with a shower, bathtub, towels, and a hair dryer. We will provide the first 3 rolls of toilet paper for each BR.
Perfect for a family getaway or a group of friends looking for a charming retreat.
Relax in the 2 cozy living spaces and enjoy the AC on warmer days. Chill out on the deck or dock with a refreshing beverage and or fish to your hearts content, right off the dock. Bass, Brim, Catfish, and Grouper and many more available.

This is the Bass Capital of the World. Boat to the many great fishing points or boat to the Springs in the area. Only a short trip to Orlando area and within an hour of each coast. Many attractions and Kayaking. 20 Springs within 1.5 hours.

This is a brand new fully furnished home we are sharing with those of you who would like to stay in this beautiful, peaceful, yet fun place where you can relax, fish, boat to many restaurants, fishing spots, Springs, one body of water leads to another.
This brand new home offers a Coffee Bar with food storage shelving. An island, farm sink, full size fridge, also in the kitchen. An entertainment room with a large smart TV, Game shelf, puzzle table for your enjoyment.
There is both a fully furnished 30 ft deck across the back of the house with a 15ft retractable umbrella and large boat house with dock complete with Adirondack chairs to relax on, fish, play music, and view the beautiful sunsets nightly. We are on an east to west leg of the River, so we get afternoon sun out back and nightly sunsets.
The kitchen is fully equipped with just about anything you would need. Full fridge and drink fridge in Utility Room. Folding table, hanging area, washer and dryer.
Small dogs under 20 pounds only, limit 2. Deposit and pictures required of your dogs. Huge driveway with parking for 6 -8 if you have friends over. No large events!
Any other questions answered during rental process. BOAT and LIFT are NOT Available! There are large cleats on both sides of the dock for securing your boat. The dock is 30 ft long.
