Very nice place to stay very clean and everything you needed . The host was very easy to contact and responded with every question we had in a timely manner. Highly recommended this place to stay for your next fishing trip or just a place to relax.

View extraordinaire! First time visiting the area, the River is magnificent, birds, jumping fish, crabs, shrimp and beautiful sunsets. Location is great to visit the springs in the area and the little communities along the river. House is exactly as described, clean with everything you need. Ray was the perfect host, friendly and helpful

From start to finish our entire experience was top notch! Ray is an excellent host and his communication was spot on with any questions we had. We even got something we hadn't bargained for, meeting some good neighbors as well. This property is the perfect location to experience old Florida. Waking up to have coffee with the waterfront view was especially relaxing no matter what your preference is. For anglers, shrimpers, and kayak anglers this is the perfect spot with the option to fish, cast net, or launch from the property. There are also options with the various local spots to get closer to your favorite honey holes or creeks tying into St. Johns River. 10/10 recommend!!!

Great place! Nice host. Perfect location for outdoor adventures, great views, peace & quiet, and maybe a little seafood.
Crabbing from the dock. What a blast.

Had a relaxing time at this great place. Randy was gracious host and was wonderful to communicate with. I highly recommend if you’re looking for a little R&R.

Stayed Mon-Friday. Check in was easy. House was just what we wanted. Owner was excellent to work with. Views from back porch are excellent. Will be coming back for another stay. Fun restaurants and bars in the area. Only negative was the fish did not bite.

Great fishing and swimming.

It's a great spot for fishing and swimming. We caught a thirteen pound blue catfish off the dock.

This is a great spot at Sportsmans Harbor. Nice and clean with a great view. All you need to enjoy a great time on the river.

Great Stay in laid back Welaka

My and my buddy stayed a week for a retirement fishing trip. The accommodations were spot on and we enjoyed the week fishing and relaxing on the St Johns River. Raymond the owner is a great guy and authentic….genuine good dude. Welaka was just our pace.

Our best fishing spot!

This was our second time and hope to get to go many more. Fishing is great in the back yard. No boat needed.

Amazing View, Fantastic Location!!

Second time we have had friends & family stay at this location. Absolutely a fantastic choice. Quiet, relaxed community with a river view to die for. Great dock & boat lift. Great value for the cost. Would highly recommend this location to others.
