Nestled among the pines, this two-story Sunriver, Oregon chalet features vaulted beam ceilings and space for up to six guests.

The home is intentionally designed with a clean, minimalist, clutter-free aesthetic. If you enjoy calm, open spaces with an emphasis on light, comfort, and simplicity, you will feel right at home here.

Allergies & Guest Health
This home is not an allergen-free environment. When we visit our home, we have a kitty and dog with us. The home is professionally deep cleaned between every stay. While pets are not allowed by guests, trace allergens may be present. Guests with severe allergies are encouraged to reach out prior to booking to ensure the home is a good fit for their needs.

Mountain Environment Notice
Nestled in a forested setting, the home offers a true mountain experience. As with any woodland environment, you may occasionally notice a harmless spider (most commonly crab or wolf spiders). The home is routinely treated with natural deterrents around windows and door frames and professionally cleaned between stays.

Noise & Ambient Sounds
The home is located near an active railroad track. Trains pass a few times daily. You may also hear natural outdoor sounds such as wind, wildlife, or pinecones falling on the roof—normal elements of a forest setting. Earplugs are provided in each sleeping space for added comfort.

Accessibility & Layout
This is a multi-level home with original stairs that include slight variations in tread and a small lip at the edge. Guests should use caution, especially when wearing socks.

The chalet features two bedrooms, each with a queen bed, two bathrooms, and a loft with a full-size bed and dedicated remote work station. Additional highlights include a warm wood-burning fireplace and a private deck for stargazing or morning coffee. Just a 10-minute walk to SHARC and steps from Sunriver’s bike trails, it’s an ideal home base for exploring, unwinding, or both.

Wood-Burning Fireplace Policy
Enjoy the wood-burning fireplace on cozy nights in. Guests are asked to bring their own firewood. Bundled firewood is available at Sunriver markets in the Village and on Cottonwood Road. Any wood left inside the iron holder next to the fireplace is available for guest use. Please review the Fire Safety sheet located near the fireplace prior to use.
