Great two bedroom basement suite. Large open living room and dining room plus access to the back yard with a fire pit which we took advantage of! Host was easily in contact with and quick responses. Would definitely stay here again!

The getting in was easy the room need a fan we got one from our friends. but other than that it was great.

The suite was fantastic. The suite was clean and dry and fit our needs perfectly. My kids really like it. Maybe in the suite description mention that the BBQ is charcoal and not propane. I am not very experienced in using a charcoal BBQ. Despite that, I'd still highly recommend this rental.

This was a very clean, nice unit, easy host to deal with..appreciated the coffee sugar and pots and pans and utensils.. all in great condition. A major downside though and something maybe to invest in are the beds and pillows..the double bed mattress is extremely old and you could feel all the springs..did not make for great sleeping..pillows and sheets could use a upgrade as well.Again though very nice clean place.

Sorry to hear one of the beds mattress wasn’t comfortable. The bed sheets and pillows however, are only a few months old. I haven’t had any complaints about the mattress, I will look into it. Thank you for your feedback, I hope the rest of your stay was enjoyable. Regards, Josee

This listing was exactly what it said and more. There were games to play, info with places to visit, and a kitchen stocked with little extras that made meal making a bit easier and tastier. Josee was quick to communicate with answers to our questions and her place was a delight to hang out in when the weather was not being tourist friendly. Located centrally made it easy to access the places we wanted to go. The fire pit is a great addition at the end of the day, although we were to tired to take advantage. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed this property in Salmon Arm. It was in a subdivision however it wasa very large yard and so quiet. We had everything in our suite that we needed andthe yard was a delight for my sister, She sat outside and wandered around andfelt so peaceful. Thank you so much Josee for all the "extra touches" that you hadin the unit and the invitation to wander and enjoy the property.
