Other Things to Note:

Please note that during the winter season, this property can only be accessed by ski or snowmobile. You will need to park your vehicles at the end of Country Road 58P and ski one mile down the driveway to the cabin. The cabin is located off Last Dollar Road (58P Rd) just west of the Dallas Divide summit. The driveway you enter
on (Paintbrush Lane) comprises two property easements for just over a mile (1.3).
