August 22-29 Available Due to Cancellation!!! Accepting bookings for Summer 2027

This 4 bed, 3 bath, beautifully maintained, ideally located, central-air conditioned one story home sleeps 10, and is just 6 houses from the beach, one block to the school yard with basketball courts, two blocks to Fantasy Island, Bay Village, water slides, shopping, restaurants and many other activities.

Most of our guests are either a family or 2-families who want to share their vacation time together.

The location is fantastic, on a quiet residential street, and the house is bright, warm and extremely relaxing with all of the modern comforts of home.

Our home features four tastefully decorated bedrooms:

-One is approximately 12 x 14 with a king size bed, dresser, sitting chair, closet and flat screen HDTV;

-One is approximately 11 x 13 with a queen size bed, dresser, closet and flat screen HDTV;

-One is approximately 9 x 12 with a queen size canopy bed, dresser and flat screen HDTV,

-One is approximately 7 x 19 with bunk beds having a twin and full mattress, two dressers and a stackable washer and dryer.

There are 3 bathrooms: two full baths, one with a shower/tub, one with a shower; and one half-bath.

The home boasts a large open dining room and living room with a 42" LG OLED TV, comfortable seating from 7th Avenue, and a state-of-the art kitchen complete with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and blender.

Outside, there is a comfortable porch with a Kartell Bubble Club couch and chairs where you can sit, relax, and get lulled by the soothing sounds of the ocean, 2 separate seating areas, and a wonderful illuminated seating/dining area complete with both a gas and charcoal grill and outdoor tables with ample seating for 12.

The other outdoor amenities include an outdoor shower (with hot and cold water), on-site parking for 4-cars. Our home is adjacent to the Beach Haven bike path.

The home comes with FREE WiFi, HDTV and Free use of 4 Beach Badges... all included…everything you will need for a great vacation!

Great house super close to the beach. Owner was incredibly friendly and made the process a breeze. I would happily come back to this house! Super spacious and perfect for what we were looking for.

The location of the property is tremendous- walking distance to the beach and the Main St where there is shopping, food, entertainment and ice cream. We were disappointed with the cleanliness of the beds and floors. There was disrepair of the outdoor shower - broken door, and frequent flooding of the floor. The host was open to hearing the complaints and making the appropriate adjustments.

Stayed here for a wedding weekend and it was perfect. Mattresses were a little firm but worked fine for our short stay. Always a little tricky to coordinate linens for a short stay so would appreciate rental recommendations in the future! Great location, close to restaurants and bars, and plenty of space for hanging out.

Beach Haven reunion

Grew up spending my Summers at Beach Haven...hadn't been back in 20 years. Didn't let down and the property worked so well. A little beach worn, but can't beat location. It was simply perfect.

Great house close to the beach and other Beach Haven haunts. The 7th St beach entrance was the easiest access we have ever had. The house appears small from the front, but has 4 decent sized bedrooms and the outdoor space is fantastic. Some of the online material about the property is dated and needs updating (they do have bedspreads and pillows).

Home was very comfortable. Beach access could not be better. Short walk to blvd with everything you might want, especially with small children. Would certainly consider another stay at this location. Owner was very responsive when necessary.

Review

The property was clean, and the location was excellent. The property itself was spacious and well kept. My only observation was that there was really not enough comfortable seating in the living room, and the outdoor furniture was a bit dated and a bit uncomfortable. The bathrooms were cramped. The hammock was wonderful!

Great location

Pros: Great Overall location to beach, Fantasy Island - small kids, and many restaurants. House was clean. Outdoor shower is great. Four beach badges were included. Cons: Living room needs more seating instead of a china hutch, dining room table only has two benches. Grill was dirty and had no gas, furniture is dated, no master bedroom.

We do our best to insure every stay is wonderful, and I wish you would have contacted me about the grill. I would have driven over and replaced the gas. Some guests just leave it going... As for the furniture, I completely agree!!! My wife does interior design, and she wanted to make sure our home has the feel of a comfortable, stylish beach house. I'm a bit confused about the master bedroom comment; one of the 4 bedrooms is much larger than the other and has a King size bed. We always considered that the master. Anyway, we hope you will return as our guest for many years to come, and that you will reach out to us if there are any issues we can resolve while you are there.

Great location food prep equipment less then desirable

The house was great except for the grill which was packed with grease and was engulfed in flames. The stove began smoking while preheating. Had a blast otherwise.

Annual Steak Dinner and Reunion

The property was as described and the host was generous allowing us to check-in earlier. What was not as described were the grills, which was on the list of items that were highlighted by the VRBO host, they were not clean nor was there sufficient gas in the gas grill. The charcoal grill was also rusted and there was not any charcoal. We discovered this when we were preparing to grill our steaks-the entire reason for our get together annually is our 'steak dinner'! There was no place to get gas at 7:30- 8:00PM. We were lucky to purchase charcoal at a nearby WAWA. Cooking on a charcoal grill is NOT the same as a gas grill. Steaks were nearly ruined and both grills need to be replaced. The racks on the gas grill were rusted and obviously not cleaned or upkept. Otherwise, perfect location for what we needed it for.

We had a few problems, Two quite serious. The doorknob in the 2nd bedroom is broken. It got stuck with my 2 year old grandson in the crib in the room. From that point we just taped the door to stop it from locking, but that made us unable to close the babies room. There is a big white plastic chair outside that is cracked. One of the children sat on it and got a deep cut from the plastic. We were very worried about infection. That chair needs to be removed! There were 4 only clothespins for the clothesline. Were we supposed to bring our own? There was no gas in the grill. I know we could have called owner, but it was quicker to just refill ourselves. However perhaps the manager when checking between each rental, they could check the grill. The place could use an update which would include more seating in the living room, paint, modernize a little. Location and parking were great!

Hi Stephen, I am very sorry to hear of these issues and wish you would have contacted me during your stay! It is strange that the guest immediatley prior to your arrival, someone that has been staying with us for the last 6 years had not brought these issues to our attention, but I wish that you had so that they could have been immediately addressed. We have someone on the ground who could have easily repaired the door handle, brought additional clothespins, and we provided explicit instructions as to the propane tank for the grill in our welcome email. The large 7th Avenue couch in the living room was actually purchased in March of this year, new tv's were put in the bedrooms, along with new pillows and comforters on each bed, which are replaced every season. I wish we would have been told about the crack in the chair. Again, something our previous tenant would have likely shared with us, but did not. I hope your child is ok, and we will be certain to get that chair replaced. I'm sorry that you had these issues and wish you would have contacted us at any time during your stay so that we could have had them immediately addressed. We take great pride in our home and in being excellent hosts. Nevertheless, problems do arise, and I wish you would have allowed us the opportunity to fix them during your stay.

Great property for a quick get away

Property is great for small groups and or family. House was clean and organized. Exactly what was listed. Would definitely stay again. Property owner made everything simple.

Tremendous Week at the Shore

The property is superbly located within walking distance of the beach as well as to various restaurants and activities. The property albeit a bit dated is well kept and clean. Commuciation with the owner were easy, transparent and infromative.

Good trip

We had a good time staying in Beach Haven. Only wish was that we knew sooner there would be no blankets or pillows provided but otherwise everything was great.
