With ocean views, a swimming pool, and a private entrance to the beach, this 3 bedroom, 3 full bath multi-level townhome offers a master bedroom ensuite on the first floor, a living room, dining area, kitchen, bedroom and full bathroom, and a deck on the middle floor, and an additional master bedroom ensuite on the top floor with an additional private rooftop balcony. Location is walking distance to all restaurants, bars, amenities, and entertainment!
Checking in: Check-in is at 3 pm and we use a keyless entry with a four-digit passcode. Once your room is ready we will text you with the four-digit passcode. If you arrive early, and your room is not ready, but always try our best to get you in as early as possible!
Checking Out: Check-out is promptly at 11 AM EST - no late checkouts can be provided. Please text us once you've checked out
Parking: We assign one parking spot per unit
Beach Badges: Beach badges are not required until June 26th, 2021. You will receive two beach badges per unit that will be left on the table in the kitchen upon your arrival. Upon checkout please leave your beach badges on the same table. Each badge not returned upon checkout will incur a $40 fee per badge.
