This home was the perfect place for our weekend getaway. The home was clean, comfortable and exactly as described. We were close to the beach and really enjoyed our stay. The owner was extremely helpful in communications and we will definitely stay here the next time we come.

This was the nicest, cleanest, most well setup and accommodating place we've stayed at in Galveston. Asta was super friendly and communicative throughout our entire stay. We won't hesitate to book again during our next visit, if available. Thank you for helping create great memories for my wife and I. Cheers!

Hands down one of our favorite vacation rentals! The house had everything we needed for a comfortable weekend. We appreciated every little detail.

The house was spotlessly clean, had great amenities, and was fully stocked. The walkability was great to the beach and the Mardi Gras Parades.

If you don't find what you need at this cottage it doesn't exist. Asta has thought of everything! Super host, super clean, super location. We've already booked a return visit!!

Love love love this cottage! Great location, easy to walk to places. Super cute outdoor areas. Interior is decorated in a lovely beach theme. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone visiting Galveston

This house is so wonderful! Beautiful home. Well stocked and very thoughtfully detailed. Our host was incredible as we were surprised by a beautiful note and little Easter gifts… Totally over and above! The outside is precious with wonderful sitting places and the proximity to the beach is fantastic. Would stay here again and again! Thank you for a wonderful time!

I was skeptical about the perfect 10 rating, but they earned it! Everything was perfect, plus extras like snacks, lots of bottled water, and a nice note from the host. We’ll be back!

Felt comfortable and at home the moment we drove up. Great location, super clean and true feel of Galveston Island living. Asta, our host, was very attentive and made us feel very comfortable with so many amenities to get us started. Will definitely be back for more home style comfort.

We had the best stay. Everything was very clean. Sheets were excellent quality and comfy. The antique pieces in the home are gorgeous. The kitchen was well equipped down to the shaker of cinnamon that I forgot. Our Hostess, Asta went out of her way to help celebrate my birthday with little surprises- so thoughtful. Then, after we left, I realized I forgot important papers there. She mailed them to me ! What a gem of a home and hostess.

We had a wonderful time with our family on a quick getaway to Galveston Island. The host was incredibly friendly and accommodating, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The cottage is conveniently located just a couple of blocks from the beach, making it easy to walk over, we were even able to pull a wagon with all our beach gear instead of driving. There are plenty of great restaurants nearby, and we especially enjoyed Willie G’s, Fish Tales, and Miller’s. The house was also well-equipped with everything we needed in case we wanted to cook at home.Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would definitely stay here again!

This is a beautiful home and instantly comfortable and homey. Everything works and the kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked and immaculate. Close to everything. Highly recommended.

Very clean and accommodating rental. There were loads of tiny touches that made this rental very special. We appreciated the popcorn, water, samples of any toiletries you may have forgotten at home. The armours in the bedroom were lovely. Easy in and easy out. Great easy walk to the seawall beach with sidewalks. The host even left me a handwritten note and succulant since i came into town for my uncles funeral. One of the best vrbo experiences i have had.

The host, Asta, was great about sending information and a welcome letter a few days before we arrived. She checked in via message to see if we needed anything. The house was clean, well stocked with the essentials - towels and linens, kitchenware, coffee, water, basic toiletries. The weather was too chilly to enjoy the outdoor spaces, which look very inviting. All we had to do when we left was take out the garbage, turn off the lights and lock the door. We would definitely stay there again!

We loved our stay at this beautifully restored home decorated with so many beautiful furnishings! Asta was the perfect hostess and so kind-she provided a bottle of champagne and a card since we were celebrating our anniversary! It was an honor to be the first guests at this elegant and super clean cottage with so many amenities and so close to the beach. Everything was perfect- plenty of cooking utensils, games, she thought of everything. Next time I hope to have more time to enjoy the backyard/ veranda- so inviting! We will definitely be going back!

This property was incredible!! It’s so beautiful and cozy! Not to mention clean and every detail was thought of. Asta most definitely puts her heart and soul into this property because it was very well taken care of and incredibly accommodating! One of the best VRBOs we have stayed in!! Cannot recommend this place enough and Asta as a host! We will be back ASAP!!

Beautiful, well-appointed house with everything we could think of needing during our stay. Very close to the beach and iconic locations along the seawall. One guest was a CPAP user and had some difficulty finding an outlet close to the bed.
