We offer a 10% discount for returning guests!

This ground floor condo is located at the Dawn Condos right across the street from the new beautiful sand beach on the Gulf of Mexico.
The condo offers two bedrooms (one en suite) , a lounge/dining area, a fully equipped kitchenette and a patio overlooking one of the two outdoor pools. It is next to Walmart and the most popular fishing pier with easy access to the roadway to Houston Texas.
In addition to the two pools there is a hot tub, BBQ grills and a fitness suite. This location is peaceful, beautifully maintained and "just a paradise".
Catch the Trolly in front on the condo complex and explore downtown Galveston.
Some of the attractions close by are the Moody Gardens amusement park and aquarium, Elissa museum, Historic Pleasure Pier, a wide variety of things to do and attractions to see down on the Strand.
Take a relaxing day looking for the trees carved into unique figures with an interesting history behind the reason for the trees and have fun for the kids to help spot these tree figures. You can also see the big cruise ships roll in. There are many great restaurants not to mention the freshest fish markets in town.
Galveston always has events on the island. Keep up with Galveston's website for the next upcoming event.
I want your stay and enjoyment to be the best it can be. If I can help with anything please let me know. I always appreciated when the host helped me on my travels with recommendations so I really want to return that favor.
The condo is fully furnished all you need is your clothes and food. I have recently updated the interior including a large smart tv in living room and smart TVs in bedrooms. New pictures coming soon!

Very nice place to stay. Check in was super easy. The condo was very clean and had a lot of great amenities. We really enjoyed being close to the beach and even had the pool to ourselves two nights in a row. I really didn’t have many questions for Melissa but the ones I did she answered right away. I would absolutely stay here again.

We stayed here for my parents 60th anniversary. They live on the property year round. Our entire family stayed at The Dawn and it was so fun. We enjoyed the pools and it’s right across the street from the beach. This particular unit we stayed in was just as it was described and fit 6 adults comfortably. Thank you for a very memorable weekend!

This was a very comfortable lodging for 4 of us: good beds, well-equipped kitchen, lovely patio by the larger pool in the complex, and close to Walmart and the beach. Really, it was an ideal accommodation for our family. I appreciated the cleanliness and enjoyed the fun “beach” decor.

Loved this condo! Close to everything and loved the set-up of the bedrooms being on separate ends of the condo from each other as well as bathrooms. We will be coming back! The host was very easy to communicate with, and the grounds/pools were fabulous.

It was nice property and location was too excellent, property was near and clean and host was very very excellent she helped us a lot with regards to the checkin , since it was sunday late eveing but she helped us for get in to the property. Would recommend all to book the property for location as well as a lot of food variety in a neighborhood

Had an amazing time. The location is perfect if you do not want the hustle and bustle of Galveston island, but you do want the beach steps away. The pool in the complex was great.

The water dripped out of the guest bath ceiling the entire time also I guess the fridge does too. The guest (orange) room was hot even with 2 fans. The tv in there would not connect with WiFi most of the time. Also the patio does face the pool, there was not a gate so you had to walk around anyways. The sliding door was too hard for me to open. This place is nice and cozy, well laid out with a well stocked kitchen. If/when the things that need attention are corrected it could be super nice.

Condo was excellent, clean and affordable. Has close beach access and plenty to do in local area. Highly recommended!! 2 different pools and hot tub to choose from.

The condo was clean and convenient. On the west end which is a little less crowded and we liked that. We were all very pleased.

Location, Location, Location! Beautiful, cozy, convenient, and within steps of the Gulf of Mexico.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

Walk out your door to the pool or hot tub with out climbing any steps. Fitness room. Grills. That is just in our complex. And take a break from driving and catch the trolly in front of the condo complex and visit restaurants and stores downtown Galveston on the Strand.
