We offer a 10% discount for returning guests!

This ground floor condo is located at the Dawn Condos right across the street from the new beautiful sand beach on the Gulf of Mexico.
The condo offers two bedrooms (one en suite) , a lounge/dining area, a fully equipped kitchenette and a patio overlooking one of the two outdoor pools. It is next to Walmart and the most popular fishing pier with easy access to the roadway to Houston Texas.
In addition to the two pools there is a hot tub, BBQ grills and a fitness suite. This location is peaceful, beautifully maintained and "just a paradise".
Catch the Trolly in front on the condo complex and explore downtown Galveston.
Some of the attractions close by are the Moody Gardens amusement park and aquarium, Elissa museum, Historic Pleasure Pier, a wide variety of things to do and attractions to see down on the Strand.
Take a relaxing day looking for the trees carved into unique figures with an interesting history behind the reason for the trees and have fun for the kids to help spot these tree figures. You can also see the big cruise ships roll in. There are many great restaurants not to mention the freshest fish markets in town.
Galveston always has events on the island. Keep up with Galveston's website for the next upcoming event.

The condo is fully furnished all you need is your clothes and food. I have recently updated the interior including a large smart tv in living room and smart TVs in bedrooms. New pictures coming soon!

Outstanding location, amenities, and condo

Melissa was great! The condo location couldn’t have been better being within close walking distance of Walmart and across the street from the beach. The trolley stop was just outside the condo complex. We would definitely stay again!

Amazing beach location

Had a great time at this property. Clean and lots of space to play games with kids and have meals. Easy access to Sea Wall and historic district.

Nice condo!

We loved this ground floor condo! So nice and clean! Great property owner and fast communication! Loved the hot tub!! We really loved that we didn’t have to lug our stuff up any stairs! We will come back!

Good stay

Everything was nice and clean. The only problem we had was getting inside the gate because we did not have the correct code. The office was very helpful.

Great getaway with plenty of room

Absolutely loved staying in this condo. We always stay in The Dawn but have tried a few different condos. This one we will definately be coming back too

Great location

The condo was beautiful and well stocked had everything we needed to cook and go to the beach!! Very clean and quiet, good for relaxing Our only issues were none of the codes for the gate or building worked and parking is exspensive But the management at the condo was very helpful and really nice!!

Property was awesome Best part was communication with Melissa (condo owner) Lots of little extras you don’t usually have Spices, trash bags, toilet paper (extra), cold water on our arrival Right by the pool and beach across the street I can’t say enough good things about Melissa She was so responsive and accommodating to whatever we needed Beds were very comfortable and we had a great stay Will definitely be back

Great property - - bad communication

Property, cleanliness, facilities were excellent. Codes (parking, walkin gate, etc.) were all incorrect. Fortunately we got in during office hours and the checkin manager had a sheet with updated code numbers. UPDATE YOUR welcome e-mail !! Being charged for parking - finally found that in the fine print on the listing. NOT BEING CLEARLY OVERTLY NOTIFIED just ticked us off.

We came back to stay in Galveston in the same condo. Melissa, the owner of the condo, is very helpful and always returns an email. Great place to stay. The condo is clean and the location is great. Love it

The apartment was nice although seemed a little tired especially the bathrooms which in one bathroom there was alot of rust/staining around the shower door and the other bathroom there was a pipe coming from the ceiling with water being dripped out into the bath and was alot of staining in the bath, did not look clean, so we didnt want to use that shower and was all having to use one shower. The complex was nice, although disappointed as the gym was shut but may be because of damage from hurricane beryl. Overall would probably not stay at that apartment again.

Schöne Wohnung in super Lage

Die Wohnung liegt in einer wunderschönen Anlage, gegenüber dem tollen Strand. Alles ist wie beschrieben, die Einrichtung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Kommunikation mit Melissa war nett und unkompliziert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Good location…some issues

Our stay was in July so we appreciated a ground floor unit; no stairs to use. Propery is cute inside. Locaton is convenient. At first propery appeared clean but had to sweep and wipe down floors and surfaces due to our feet getting dirty. Mop head used needs to be washed and replaced regularly and throw away that swiffer! Leaves a sticky film on floor. Toilet had been leaking and under was wet and moldy. Some mold and rust in showers. I would suggest paying for a deep clean. Kids bathroom had to be rinsed and they did not like the water being piped into the faucet; killed the vacation vibe. It had sand and grass in it. Had to clean run vinegar in coffee pod side and clean it out before use. There was dust on surfaces so it wasnt getting a good wipe down. Host was responsive and offered for cleaners to come back but I felt I could clean better. I didn’t trust the job would get done. I will not return as I feel we pay a large fee for cleaning, and I spent some of vacation cleaning the unit.

Awesome location

Overall the condo was perfect for our family. Location was great. Comfortable property. Great communication with the owner. The only issue which was a pain was the code to the gate was 7 years old, so had a hard time for a couple of days. The owner gave us the newest code after contacting her. The pools were closed for several days which was a bummer. I’d stay there again.

Fantastic property

This was a wonderful property to stay at. Very clean, beautifully decorated with absolutely everything one needs, comfortable beds with nice linens, beautiful grounds and pools, located on sea wall across from the Gulf. From now on we never want to stay anywhere else in Galveston. Owner was sweet and fast answering messages. Thanks

Great location and great place to stay by the beach!

Cute 2 bedroom 2 bath was great for our family of 2 kids, parents and grandparents! It had all the stuff we needed to fix some meals in, Walmart right across the street so we bought the food we needed. The beds are comfortable and we had plenty of room! The pools were nice plus a quick walk across the street and you’re on a great beach with lifeguards, which was great since it was a holiday weekend and parking was pretty full! We really love this unit!
