Privacy, Mt Shasta views and a cabin feel make this centrally located space the perfect getaway for your Mt Shasta experience. Compact and adorable, the house features 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, and an enormous yard with outdoor seating, and cooking, in full view of Mt Shasta. Named for the Stargazer Lilies which grow in the yard in the summer months, guests can leave their cars and walk to restaurants, coffee and shopping. STR-005558. This is a no smoking environment!

Very nice. Cozy and comfortable. Easy walking to downtown. One of the cleanest VRBO’s I’ve stayed in.

Herbs abound, house is wonderfully clean with plenty of amenities. Sat outside with a view of the mountain, and a wooden fence covered in hops. Walked out the restaurants and had some tremendous hikes. Could’ve stayed a lot longer! Will be back.

This is a lovely little cabin which is very comfortable and has the most well-equipped kitchen we have ever encountered in a rental!The view of Mt Shasta from the house and the patio is wonderful.The location is convenient for downtown and the Monday farmer's market.We will return!

This place is beautiful. It’s a charming cabin on a quiet street - and the living room window gives a perfect view of Mt. Shasta. It’s clean and very well appointed. It’s walking distance to shops and restaurants. I would come back here anytime

The Stargazer Cabin is a lovely place to stay. Great location in the beautiful town of Mt. Shasta and the view of the mountain to greet you every morning while having breakfast at the dining room table. We were traveling with my elderly sister who needs a walker to get around. The front entrance from the street is ADA useable and the floor plan is very open and was easy for her to get around in the cabin with the walker. My only suggestion would be to fit the showers with hand rails. Our host was very responsive to an issue we had and had a fix for it with in minuets of our arrival. We will be back.

Janet, we loved you- you were great with communication, and you left the house clean- Note: no need to make beds upon departure. They looked so good, I thought the cleaner had already made the beds. Good thing I called her! I am sorry the weather was so bad. Next time... We would love to see you again in sunshine and with city sidewalk in place!

The cabin is sweet and charming. The bedrooms are small, but were fine for our trip. Having two full bathrooms was great, and we loved the steam shower. The kitchen was well equipped and there were thoughtful details throughout the cabin. Cute and cozy.

The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, cooking utensils, sauces, and spices, so there was very little we needed to prepare ourselves. The room was also very clean and stylish. Our children were so happy that they even said they felt sad to leave.

The place was better than the photos! It had a well stocked kitchen with nice quality cookware and spices. The host was very communicative and thoughtful, and left drinks and snacks for us and the lights on after we told them we would be arriving after dark.

This cabin was great! It's super comfy, the finishes are all very high end. There are three heaters so the place stays cozy. There were snacks in the fridge and filtered water. As good as it gets at this price point.

Beautiful little cottage in a very convenient location. It was well illuminated at night and so easy to spot. Stocked with tons of amenities like toiletries and all the kitchen utensils and spices. The fridge/freezer even had an ice maker! Host was welcoming and let us know of the possibility of power-loss due to the Oregon fires (never lost power!) and pointed out some lanterns and flashlights that were provided just in case. The ONLY thing we didn’t enjoy were the trains nearby which are required to sound their horns while passing through intersections, but this is no fault of the host and would be heard from any place in town, I’m sure. Barely notice them during the day, but i would recommend bringing some soft foam earplugs with you for some undisturbed sleep at night. All in all, a wonderful stay and I would absolutely recommend this gem of a rental to anyone looking to stay in the Mt. Shasta City area.

We had a wonderful stay! This cute little cabin is in the heart of town with easy walking access to downtown, which made it the perfect location. It was cozy, very clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was the perfect size for our family of three. We would definitely recommend it to others and would happily stay here again!

Libby, We can tell you have done this before. I was so happy to see dirty sheets on the floor as well as towels. It really heaped both my cleaner and me, because I was backup- started laundry and made beds. It is high season for us, and you made everything easier for me!! Thank you!!

Newly remodeled and clean. The kitchen accessories were excellent. Great view of the mountain. Close enough to walk to many restaurants, grocery and other shopping. Host was very responsive to questions and concerns via VRBO chat.
