Beautiful house, , very well equipped kitchen and bathrooms, and very clean!! Beautiful view, very large hot tub, Great location. I would return and highly recommend this property !

A multi-generational family get-together that was a blast! The pool table was a hit with the teens and everyone enjoyed the hot tub! The large kitchen, dining and living room made family cooking, eating and games. We missed the ropes and zip line since we didn’t realize how popular they would be so reserve ahead!

Beautiful house. We consider ourselves food snobs and loved the well appointed kitchen. Great cooking essentials including a very well stocked spice cabinet. The rooms were well spread out for a family gathering. The beds all featured very comfortable linen and nicer pillows. The hot tub was amazing. The largest I've ever seen, with upscale jets you could adjust to your liking. Easy enough to get in and out of for elderly people. And the views! This house just had amazing views. We sat in the wonderful rocking chairs for hours looking out over the mountains. This is what all VRBOs should look like!

Our stay at this property was wonderful. Rarely do you book a vacation rental and arrive to find it even better than the photos. The home is well appointed with nice linens, comfortable seating areas, a well equipped kitchen and is smartly laid out for a multi generational family trip or group of friends to stay together. Everything was in impeccable order. The screened porch with fireplace and the option to watch a movie was perfection. The hosts were professional and communicative. We would book to stay again in a heartbeat!

We stay at a lot of Vrbo. This was by far one of the best. The homeowners thought of every little detail to make home perfect from phone chargers ,games, and tons of spices. Their back porch with fireplace was our favorite spot for our grandkids to hang out. We will definitely be back!!!

We've stayed in a lot of VRBOs and this home was the best ever! The hosts were very responsive and provided very detailed information concerning the house and check in and out procedures. The home was very clean (hat's off the housekeeping service) and beautifully decorated. It was the perfect size for our family - 6 adults and 7 children (nice kid's room with bunk and queen bed) for a birthday celebration. The kitchen was very well appointed with everything we needed to cook. The hot tub was so amazing after a long day skiing. The whole area around the Sapphire Valley and Cashiers is absolutely beautiful - it was a perfect quick trip! Thanks to the hosts - we would definately return again!

We celebrated a family member’s birthday by having 9 of us gather in the mountains for a phenomenal weekend. The house is as described - spacious, well-appointed, and very comfortable. The views of Sapphire Valley were amazing especially with us catching the tail end of the fall leaves - the colors were vibrant. During the days, we took in a fantastic hike at Rainbow Falls and spent time in both Chashiers and the Highlands. One other important item was how easy it was to access the property. The neighborhood had wide two-lane streets and the driveway for the house was mostly flat. This house has it all - comfortable living for 9, great views, and perfectly located for nearby hiking and shopping. We will certainly look to book this property again!

Perfect Mountain Getaway in Sapphire!Our two families had the most amazing fall break at this beautiful mountain home in Sapphire, NC. The house was absolutely perfect for our group — spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully furnished with everything we needed. The interior feels fresh with comfortable, stylish furniture and a well-equipped kitchen stocked with every item imaginable, including plenty of barware and glasses.The mountain views are simply breathtaking, especially with the leaves changing colors this time of year. We loved relaxing in the hot tub while taking in the scenery — it was truly the highlight of our stay! Another favorite spot was the screened-in back porch with a beautiful fireplace — the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee or unwind in the evenings while soaking in the mountain air.The kids enjoyed having TVs in each bedroom, and we all appreciated the great selection of board games and card games for family time in the evenings. The location was ideal — just a short drive to Cashiers and Highlands, with plenty of great hiking trails, waterfalls, and fishing spots all around. It was the perfect mix of adventure and relaxation!Everything was neat, organized, and clearly well cared for. The owner provided excellent communication before our stay, with detailed information about the house that made check-in and settling in so easy.We couldn’t have asked for a better getaway — peaceful, relaxing, and surrounded by natural beauty.

Such a lovely stay at a beautiful mountain home. We rent roughly 6 times per year and this was the best equipped rental I have ever stayed in! The owners have thought of everything to make their guests have a relaxing and stress free time. The Mountain views are wonderful and the house had plenty of room for our family. The owners were fantastic and went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of when a situation arose with our flights home. All of my adult children asked if we could come back to the same house next time, that’s how much we all enjoyed it!

We absolutely loved our stay in this gorgeous and comfy home!!!! Kim was so great to work with and so very accommodating! 5 stars for the very best family vacay! Loved the hot tub and the basement was perfect for the kids!

Wow! This Home was Fabulous! One of the best Vacation Rentals we have ever Rented. It was immaculately cleaned, well stocked Kitchen with supplies, comfortable beds, and amazing porches to enjoy the view. The home is easy to get to, close to many waterfall Hikes, and the resort Amenities. Sapphire has some nice restaurants as well. We really enjoyed soaking in the Hot Tub in the evenings after hiking all day. Kim was quick to respond to our questions and easy to work with. Our adult daughter said it was her favorite Vacation Rental, and we have stayed all over the USA. You won't regret renting this home. We can't wait to come back
