Misrepresentation and non communication no help from VRBO

The property was supposed to be one thing .We received a guest room but Vacations simplified advertised a villa with a kitchen and balcony.We have stayed there many times and cannot say enough good about Marriott Manor club but this was a nightmare vacation.We will never trust VRBO again.We didn’t get any help from you when we called 5 times.Even the divisional manager at the Marriott got a runaround tho he stayed on the phone with your agent for an hour.

Porky communicated

While I understand that Covid put a cramp on things, it wasn’t until be arrived that we found out that all amenities were closed (except for a small pool). No bike rentals. We left ares at home. Golf course had- huge outing over the weekend. A limitless more accurate heads up would have been appreciated. We were able to use the 24/7 fitness facility (that was only open 14 hours) by making an appointment. Only one day had availability . Again, I appreciate the virus impact but a better more accurate communication would have been better

The stay was great. The price was very accommodating. COVID was the only downfall but we understood the staff and company couldn't help that.
