Our twelfth floor condo is up dated and equipped with all the modern amenities of home. We are located directly on the beautiful white sands of Orange Beach, Alabama.

Phoenix VII provides guests WiFi, two pool areas, Gulf-front fitness room, and a sauna to take you away. As well as tennis, basketball, and racquetball on site. You can also take advantage of our Gulf front location; join in a game of beach volleyball, schedule dolphin tours, and eat fresh Gulf seafood.

Family Vacay

Great place

This was a great place. Everything was nice. It had everything we needed. The king size bed was hard but the other beds were comfortable. We were a family of 8 and the stay was perfect. It’s right on the beach and overlooks the pool. We loved it and will stay again.

Toes in the Sand

Not as clean as we hoped. Several things didn’t work that were on remotes. Owner was quick to respond though. Direct TV was problematic at best. Baths are nice but very small

Great vacation!

The condo was very nice and the kitchen has new appliances including a crock pot, blender, toaster, Keurig and coffee pot! We had eight adults and had plenty of room. The location is perfect. Host was easy to work with and answered questions pretty quickly. We hope to go back soon!

Great time!

We had a great time! First time at Orange Beach and loved it. So easy to get around and lots of things to do and see. Condo was incredibly comfortable and had everything we needed.

Fall 2022 getaway

Excellent! The condo was right on the beach. It looks just like the pictures shown in listing. There was only a 3-5 minute drive to our favorite restaurants. We were able to walk right into Bubbas with NO wait time. Weather was perfect! Fall is definitely the time to go to Orange beach.

Nice condo plenty of room

Refrigerator was out so there was a loaner that barely kept food cold. Dishwasher was not working properly

Very nice stay in Orange Beach

Very happy with the resort, area, beach & condo. Mary was easy to reach and very responsive. Had one plumbing issue which was resolved completely & quickly. Condo is as advertised, very spacious, very clean, fully equipped with everything needed in the kitchen and a great view of the sugar sand beach on the Gulf. Would recommend this unit

Condo was in a great location

Property was pretty much as described. Check-in and out was seamless. The owner was easy to get in touch with and take care of issues. Bathrooms have been updated.

Clean, Spacious Condo!

This condo is in a great location on Orange Beach. Plenty to do while still being quieter than other vacation beaches in the area. This condo specifically has amazing views and a wide balcony to enjoy them on. Plenty of space inside the condo as the bedrooms are generously sized. Property manager was very kind and replied quickly to any question. Highly recommend this unit.

Annual trip

Perfect beach spot

Spacious condo with an amazing view of the gulf, easy walk to the beautiful beach, plenty of shops near by, and even a Catholic church a 10 minute walk away. Perfect for our family.

Bathtub needed

Everything was great only thing I would change is the bathrooms need a bathtub we had a one year old and they can’t take showers

Wonderful Family Getaway

We had a wonderful time staying in this cozy condo! It was perfect for the eight of us. Very conveniently located to shops and restaurants, but more importantly, we were directly on the beach. The sound of the waves were so relaxing. We would absolutely make a return trip! Thank you for the wonderful memories!
