The single-level home offers 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and 2,282 square feet of thoughtfully arranged living space designed for comfort, entertainment, and effortless indoor–outdoor living.

LIVING ROOM
A bright, inviting gathering space anchored by comfortable seating and a foosball table. It’s the natural hub for movie nights, casual hangs, or friendly match play before heading outside.

ARIZONA ROOM (Game Zone)
Your private arcade: the "Arizona Room" houses two full-size stand-up arcade games, a 55 inch LED smart TV, plus a stack of classic board games—a dedicated spot for all-ages fun that flows easily to the backyard.

BEDROOMS (3)
Sleep soundly on ultra-plush memory-foam mattresses: 1 king, 2 queens, and 2 twins across the three rooms. Every bedroom includes throw blankets, luggage racks, smart-phone charging stations, and its own 55–65" LED smart TV so guests can stream and unwind privately. There is also a queen-size Aerobed available upon request to accommodate extra guests.

BATHROOMS
Two well-appointed bathrooms serve the home, conveniently placed for both bedroom wings and common areas. The master bath features a standup shower and the guest bathroom is equipped with a shower-tub combo.

OUTDOOR RETREAT
A shaded patio with bistro string lights sets the mood for evenings outdoors. Watch the game on the 65" outdoor patio TV while dinner sizzles on the 4-burner propane BBQ grill. The backyard features generous seating options: a fire pit Adirondack lounge that seats 4 under the covered awning, an outdoor dining table that seats 6, and a backyard patio set that seats an additional 6.

Help yourself to the sparkling swimming pool for daytime dips and sunset swims, pool loungers for 6 line the turf—perfect for sunning and stargazing, and a 3-hole undulated putting green for friendly competitions right at home.

This Scottsdale retreat blends resort-style amenities with the comforts of home—equally suited for family stays, golf getaways, and Old Town adventures.

Guests will have total and complete access to the entire house. All we ask is that they stay out of the owner's closet located behind the front door or main point of entry.

Located just north of Chaparral Road on Granite Reef and Bonnie Rose Avenue, this rental property is in Old Town Scottsdale's desirable 85250 district, where the average age ranges from 20 to 40 years old. The area offers a vibrant lifestyle with beautiful views, high-end shopping, exquisite dining, and world-class golf courses. Outdoor enthusiasts will love the nearby mountains and lakes, while art galleries, cultural events, and parks provide endless activities. With friendly locals and nearly year-round sunshine, living in Scottsdale is a unique and exciting experience.

Your rental property is centrally located roughly half a mile due west just off of the Loop 101 & Chaparral Road. You are roughly a 5 minute Uber ride to the following hot spots: Scottsdale Fashion Square Mall, Camelback Mountain, Scottsdale's Entertainment District, Scottsdale Stadium (SF Giants Stadium), Old Town, Talking Stick Casino & Golf Resort and much much more. A rental car is not required nor is it necessary.

* POOL HEATING FEE: The pool may be heated UPON REQUEST and PRIOR to the guests arrival in order to cover the costs to heat the pool. There will be a charge of $75 per day from October through April. We cannot heat the pool for individual or specific days during a guests reservation (it is an all or nothing). The pool will be heated to a comfortable 80 - 82 degrees.

* PROPANE GAS FEE: There will be an additional charge of $35 per tank for use of the Fire Pit. Please note: propane for the BBQ is completely free and complementary.
 
* PET FEE: There will be an additional Pet Fee of $150 per pet. Pricing can be negotiated based on size, age and training of animal. Please be advised that this fee is PER ANIMAL and that the guest is still liable, responsible and will be held accountable for any pet accidents throughout the home for the duration of their stay (i.e., Urine or poop stains, chewed up furniture, damaged property or missing personal belongings).
HOUSE RULES & CHECKOUT PROCEDURES

QUIET HOURS:
* The City of Scottsdale enforces strict quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. We kindly ask you to respect our neighbors by refraining from any gatherings in the backyard after 12:00 AM (midnight). Please note that any violations resulting in a fine from the Scottsdale Police Department will be the responsibility of the booking party leader/guest. Any violations resulting in a citation from the Scottsdale Police Department will be the personal responsibility of the booking party leader/guest, including payment of any fines incurred.

POOL HEATING FEE:
* The pool may be heated UPON REQUEST and PRIOR to the guests arrival in order to cover the costs to heat the pool. There will be a charge of $75 per day from October through April. We cannot heat the pool for individual or specific days during a guests reservation (it is an all or nothing). The pool will be heated to a comfortable 80 - 82 degrees.

POOL SAFETY WARNING:
* Per Arizona Revised Statutes Title 36, Chapter 16, Section 1681, please be aware that there is NO pool fence or barrier around the pool at this property. However, for added safety, we have installed audible alarm systems on all windows, doors, sliding doors, and other access points leading to the pool area. These alarms are designed to alert you whenever a pool access point is opened.

Guests acknowledge that children and/or handicapped individuals should never be left unattended in or near the pool or hot tub area. Swimming and/or playing in or around water involves inherent risk, and by choosing to use these facilities, guests expressly assume all responsibility and liability for their own safety, as well as for the safety of any children or individuals under their supervision.

Ranallo Real Estate nor its property managers bear any responsibility or liability for ANY problems, issues, injuries, or casualties sustained on the premises. Furthermore, by agreeing to move forward with your booking reservation and accepting our House Rules & Checkout Procedures, this document serves as your agreed-upon, signed waiver.

POOL EQUIPMENT RULES & RESPONSIBILITY:
* For your safety and to ensure our pool facilities remain in proper working condition, please do not touch, move, or tamper with ANY pool equipment. This includes, but is not limited to:
* Pool Vacuum
* Pool Heat Pump
* Variable Speed Pump
* Pool Hoses
* Pressure Valves
* Water Features

Unauthorized interaction with pool equipment may cause damage, create safety hazards, or disrupt pool operations. Guests will be held financially responsible and liable for any repairs, damages, or service calls resulting from violation of these guidelines.

PROPANE TANK FEE:
* There will be an additional charge of $35 per propane tank to utilize the fire pit. Propane for the BBQ is completely free and complementary. All propane tanks will be available and accessible upon request.
 
PET FEE:
* There will be an additional Pet Fee of $150 per pet. Pricing can be negotiated based on size, age and training of animal. Please be advised that this fee is PER ANIMAL and that the guest is still liable, responsible and will be held accountable for any pet accidents throughout the home for the duration of their stay (i.e., Urine or poop stains, chewed up furniture, damaged property or missing personal belongings).

* Please be sure to shut and lock ALL DOORS throughout the entire property before exiting or leaving. These doors include:
- Sliding glass door off Arizona Room
- Laundry room door into backyard
- Front door

* Strip all beds of any dirty sheets, pillowcases, used linens and place them inside of the washing machine prior to vacating the premises. Please note you are not required to do any laundry.

* Empty fridge of all personal items or leftover food.

* Take out the trash prior to your departure. Both the trash can and recyclable is located on the side of the house. All recyclable items can be disposed of in the PINKISH can located next to the black trash can. Trash gets picked up every MONDAY morning bright & early - so please be sure to wheel it to the edge of the driveway on Sunday evening (the night before). Recycling gets picked up every FRIDAY morning bright & early - so please be sure to wheel it to the edge of the driveway on Thursday evening (the night before). The recyclable is in the front driveway.

* Place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher.

* ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING of any kind inside of the home (Back patio ONLY). Please be sure to pick up your cigarette butts after yourselves. A $250 Penalty Fee can and will be enforced.

* There is absolutely NO DECORATING allowed at the rental property. This will include but not limited too: confetti, pin tacks, tape, and streamers. In the event we find any of these items at time of checkout a $300 fine will be incurred.

* Be mindful and careful of other people's property.
