Property was very clean and great communication with host. Close to amenities. Yard games were extremely worn out, could not use the pool table or pool ques, pool accessories were very dirty and worn as well, so were deck chairs. A few issues with tap in bath tub and lack of hot water. TV's in the bedrooms were nice and spacious, kitchen was very well equipped ( but no dish cloth) lots of towels and linens and good instructions were provided.
