Grand Beach Resort sits directly ACROSS the road from Gulf Shores State Park. Condo is within walking distance to the Gulf State pier. The complex is less than one mile east of Hwy. 59 (The Hangout) in Gulf Shores. The beautiful white sandy beaches and emerald green waters of Gulf Shores are just steps away from your door. Balcony views from the 4th floor unit give the spectacular views of the beach without those high beach front prices. Rear views face Gulf State Park Wetlands. Main floor has 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath, and kitchen-living area. Loft has bedroom area. Unit sleeps 4 guests comfortably. All the amenities of home including stackable washer/dryer. Complex has great pool, hot tub and poolside covered patio area. Also, stainless steel grills available onsite.

Very nice stay

The condo was exactly what we wanted we had everything we needed we had a issue with elevator and contacted Rhonda she had someone on it very quick she was so easy to work with will diffently be using her again

My daughters and I had a wonderful visit at this condo. It was very clean and well equipped for a perfect getaway. The location is excellent—walking distance to beach, pier, restaurants, shops, etc. The property is well maintained, quiet, and family friendly. We especially enjoyed the view of the dunes and gulf from our balcony. A great place to relax and unwind. We will definitely be back!

Rhonda, our host was absolutely the best we've ever worked with. She was very informative of the area, and went over, and beyond to make our stay wonderful. We will stay with her anytime we visit the area in the future, Her, and her daughter are good folks. Rhonda, thank you so much.

A great experience

Rhonda, the owner of the condo was very communicative, kind, and all around great. The whole experience was amazing for both myself and my wife. I highly recommend, if you want to stay at Gulf Shores and be close to the beach, this is the place to stay!

Great little place!

This is a perfect place for a quick getaway. Great location and close to everything. With a short walk across the street you are right on the beach! Rhonda is a great host!

Great condo and great owner.

What a great condo. The owner was great. Really seemed to care about us having a great time by checking on us to see if we needed anything to offering great suggestions on things to do in the area. Condo was very clean, great location(beach is just across the street). The complex was great(security usually walking around) which was nice to see. Wish the pier had been open but it was being fixed back up due to it being torn up by the hurricane last year. Rhonda, thank you so much for everything and hope to see you next year.

Just what we were looking for.

We were looking for a place to stay for the NCAA beach volleyball championship that didn’t have to be on the beach. This condo was just what we were looking for and we still had the beach view from the balcony.

Beautiful Condo

Rhinda was amazing from start to finish. She provider several opportunities for activities and eating. We came down for my son's track spring training and enjoyed the beach, shops, The Track , pool and hot tub. Although the construction was a little annoying, the over all stay was great. Thanks again for the hospitality.

Beautiful place

The Kitchen is well stocked with all the utensils and equipment you'll need. The unit is decorated so cute for the beach. The property manager is very friendly. The owner was very easy to work with and showed genuine concern for our comfort. Thank you.

Lovely, sparklingly clean beach condo.

Very clean home. Very professional hostess. It far exceeded my expectations. Cute beach decorations and vibe. Patio opens to overlook Gulf Shores Beach. New couch since the photos were taken. Comfortable beds and furniture. She even left us 3 beach chairs to use. I will be back and will use this property again.

Relaxing, clean & everything you need!

AMAZING!! What a relaxing & clean condo! Quiet and well stocked with all you need for a comfortable and fun getaway! The host is so kind & helpful. All of our questions were answered quickly and thoroughly. The location is perfect for a short walk to the beautiful beach. The pool and hot tub were very clean & the grounds are well kept & nice. We highly recommend this condo if you’re alone or with friends/family! We had a great time and will DEFINITELY stay here again! Another Wonderful Vacation! 100% Recommend!

My family tries to book this condo every time we visit Gulf Shores! We have stayed here on several occasions and it feels like our home away from home! Location is perfect, condo is ALWAYS very clean, and the owner is so kind and responsive. There were several families with children the same age as ours staying at Grand Beach and it made for an awesome time! We had so much fun splashing in the pool with our new friends! I 100% recommend this condo, especially for families with young children. The pool is awesome and the beach is just across the street. We can't wait to go back!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! It was the perfect stay for my husband & I and our two small kiddos. Rhonda is the sweetest and most welcoming hostess we have ever worked with. Her welcome email included many activities and dining options that we tried out. Her condo was extremely clean and beautifully decorated. It was fully stocked with everything we needed plus more. The balcony has a beautiful view of the ocean and we were lucky enough to see dolphins each day. We also appreciated how comfortable the mattresses were & that she has a washer and dryer. (This mama SO appreciated that for all the beach towels!) We enjoyed several beach days, pool days, and highly recommend checking out Alligator Alley (so fun for kiddos!) & Fun Boats Dolphin Cruise in Orange Beach. We also really loved The Gulf restaurant & Louisiana Lagniappe in Orange Beach- both only a few minutes from the condo. It was a perfect stay and we already can’t wait to go back! Thank you!

Great condo!

This was our family’s first stay in Gulf Shores. The condo is in a great location across the road from the beach access. We never had any trouble getting across even with the busy time around the 4th. The owner, Rhonda, was a great help from beginning to end and even before booking our trip. She has all kinds of information about things to do and see in Gulf Shores. It was such a fun stay for our family. Beautiful condo and beautiful view. Everything was very clean and having a washer & dryer was a great help. We even had front row seats from the balcony to watch the firework show off the pier!

Awesome vacation condo!

First off, Rhonda was great. She kept in contact through email and phone, I had all the information I needed for the stay. The location of the condo was perfect. It is within walking to the Gulf State Park beach, awesome views of the Gulf and State Park lake from the 4th floor. Close to everything and not very congested. I cant think of any negatives about this place, owner or trip. Thank you for a great experience and I highly recommend it. I did create a video on YouTube of this condo, go to Bama-512 to view it, its about 3 mins. One more thing, they have elevators, so you dont have to carry your belongings up flights of stairs. Thanks again and i cant wait to come back!

Aha-Mazing Condo

We rented this condo for my boyfriend's birthday weekend. It was absolutely perfect! We had a romantic picnic on the balcony. Great location. Amazing property. Very clean. Rhonda was accessible from the time we booked the rental until the time we checked out. We will definitely be booking with her again!

Growing up in Central Alabama, Gulf Shores was our vacation place for many years. I moved to Huntsville for 17 years and didn’t go much and truly missed it! After moving back to central Alabama, I started looking for a vacation place for my family. To be so close to my favorite place was exciting. I have 3 children, 3 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, and friends so it’s something we can all enjoy. Come see why it’s our favorite place!!!

Location! Location! Location! I've been coming to Gulf Shores most of my life. I love the beautiful white sandy beaches and emerald green waters of the gulf. My condo gives my family, friends and guest the opportunity to enjoy the ocean view without leaving our condo. Of course, when we're ready to dig our feet in the sand, we take a stroll on the beach and soak up some sun. Being across the street from the state park gives us the privacy that so many high rise condos do not have.
