Welcome to your Charlotte sanctuary, a recently-built executive retreat designed for both style and substance, thoughtfully managed by me and my team at The Brighthouse, local hospitality experts known for warm, elevated guest experiences. CANCELLATIONS
The cancellation policy applies to all bookings. An additional $150 cancellation fee will be charged to cover credit card processing and admin fees on all cancellations.

RENTER'S AGREEMENT
A signed renter's agreement is required for all reservations, as well as a picture of a government-issued photo ID and a picture of your credit card used to book showing only the last 4 digits and your name. This is to prevent credit card fraud and is meant to protect you as the renter and us as hosts.

DEPOSIT
We require a $800 deposit for each reservation, which will be processed 3 days before your arrival. As long as there is no unexpected damage to the home, deposits are automatically refunded in full in 7 days.

NO PARTIES & QUIET HOURS
We ask that you please keep in mind that this is a residential area and there is a 10pm noise ordinance at this residence. Please no added guests which are not already approved on the reservation.
No Parties. No Smoking. No Pets.

HEATED POOL & SPA
The in-ground saltwater pool is a combination system, meaning that when you must choose to heat either the pool OR the hot tub, and that you cannot simultaenously heat both. The hot tub is meant to be heated for short periods of time only, and is not designed to be left on. We provide direct access to the pool and hot tub controls and are also available to help remotely.

We have parking for 2 cars only.
If you will have more than 2 cars, please be in touch so we can try to help you make appropriate arrangements.
