Great house and common space - pool and access to the lake. Only criticism would be 2 bathrooms for 10 people but overall great place for our stay!

This was our second year staying at the house. We came here for a basketball tournament with 4 teenagers and 4 adults. The bunk room and basement were perfect for the teens. Great time relaxing by the pool and in the lake. We brought our own paddle boards which made getting out on the lake easy. Host was very responsive to questions. When our flights home were cancelled he was quick to be flexible in helping us out! Would definitely stay here again!

A True Oasis

My family and young kids stayed here for 3 weeks and had a wonderful experience. The home has a beautiful view and access to rent and park a boat or jet ski. Close to all the Charlotte premium outlets and lots of restaurants. A True Oasis.

The house was nicely updated inside with comfortable bedding and the views were awesome. Attention needs to be given to the outside in terms of tidiness and cleanliness. We cleaned the table on upper deck and enjoyed meals, coffee and the view. The cushions however need to be cleaned or replaced. Our host was responsive in getting someone there to address the pool water and by the 4th day the water was clearing.

An exterior refresh was underway before your arrival, but we chose not to continue the work during your stay so you could enjoy the property without landscaping or maintenance disturbances. House was clean and modern, great location on the lake and near the airport and stores. The pool was very cloudy for the majority of the stay and the property is in need of some tlc in the outside areas. The back yard was functional but needs a good clean up as most of the yard had old yard lights(in a pile), exposed wiring, weed matting exposed throughout the entire slope, weeds and just general disrepair. Definitely didn't look as maintained as the listing pictures represented.

An exterior landscaping and maintenance refresh had begun prior to your arrival, but the work was intentionally paused during your stay to avoid noise, disruption, or interference with your time at the property. Beautiful home with lake access

We really enjoyed our stay. The host was accommodating and responded to requests and questions efficiently. The hot tub was so clean and fresh. It was too cold for us to use the pool but it looked clean and inviting. We had a group of 12 and fit comfortably. The boat slip was convenient and made our boat day a breeze. Would totally recommend!

Excellent lake property!

The location was absolutely great. The home was very clean which is not true of other homes I’ve rented. Well stocked kitchen, beds were extremely comfortable and check in was effortless. We had a drop in water pressure one day that turned out to be a community problem which the city of Charlotte fixed immediately. We emailed our host a heads up and they responded very quickly. Overall a 5 star vacation destination!! Thank you!

Relaxing lakeside retreat

We rented this property for Labor Day weekend and it was perfect! It’s a 5 minute drive from a grocery store and retail area, yet in a secluded part of the lake and very quiet. The house was recently renovated and very clean and comfortable. The kayaks were a big plus and there is a large cove nearby to enjoy them. Pool is incredible and well maintained as well. Overall it was a fantastic stay and I would recommend!
