We were in town for the Bills game. It was a perfect place to stay…clean, ease of check in and out, spacious.

Clean and spacious. Our only complaint was a lack of pots/pans, and toaster for cooking. Would stay here again but will bring extra cooking supplies.

I recommend this place…Clean and spacious living room, decent rooms, excellent heat and hot water it was our main concern because of the weather, could use some upgrades on the lights and door locks, overall is perfect…… quite Neighborhood… excellent communication with the host(Patrice) he assist us and answered all our questions. Definitely will deal with him again.

We had plenty of room for our group of 5. The unit was very clean and cute but in need of repair. A window panel fell out and a bedroom door got stuck during our stay.

Upon arrival we drove up to the address listed on VRBO site, that was NOT the correct address. They did email us the correct one but I assumed the one in the listing was the same. House was generally clean, needs a light in the dining room area, bathroom could use a new vanity and spruce up but for the price and location you can’t beat it.

This house is a fixer upper and needs many updates. For some just going to the Bills game maybe okay but didn’t have doors that locked/closed, kitchen was fairly bare and there were not enough washcloths and rugs were not recently vacuumed /cleaned. There was a window pane with a hole in it. I would not stay here again.

Easily one of the worst stay experiences we’ve had in our 5 years of using short-term rentals. Inaccurate address included in the listing. Reported mold, ants, door handle/frame damage, and air conditioning concerns with minimal and flippant communication from the host. The apartment itself is in disrepair and in dire need of a deep clean and functional updates. Yes, it served its purpose for housing my family short-term, but required many out-of-pocket expenses to make it livable, even short term. I never write reviews, but I felt obligated to warn others away from this property.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations. For context, the property address provided on the booking platform directs guests to the correct location, and we have not received prior reports of guests being unable to locate the property. Several of the concerns you mentioned were addressed during your stay. Your visit coincided with an unusually severe heat wave in the Buffalo area. While the air conditioning was operational, it was working under extreme weather conditions that affected cooling performance across many homes and buildings. We remained responsive throughout your stay and communicated with you regarding your concerns. We also investigated the other issues you reported. We did not find evidence of mold, and while an occasional ant can appear during the summer months, the home is professionally cleaned and routinely treated as part of our regular maintenance program. We also inspected the reported door concern after your departure. We respectfully disagree with the characterization that the apartment is in disrepair or required out-of-pocket expenses to make it livable. We continuously invest in maintaining and improving the property, and many guests have enjoyed comfortable stays with us. Whenever concerns are brought to our attention during a stay, we make every reasonable effort to address them promptly. We appreciate all feedback and remain committed to all our guests!
