If you have not yet explored the pristine sandy white shores that run along northwest Florida`s Hwy 30A, you are in for a delightful experience! We invite you to consider our fabulously renovated studio as your personal escape from the everyday. This cozy unit offers guests the sun-soaked simple pleasures of a beach vacation outfitted with all the comforts of home. When you book your stay with us, we are confident that the hardest part of your trip will be when you have to leave to go home.
Guests are able to access all areas of the condo. We ask that you make yourself comfortable and be respectful of the home. Please Note: Excessive trash within the home or damage to the home / the contents within will result in penalty fees being assessed.

Enjoy the perfect vacation getaway in the paradise of Northwest Florida at The Village of South Walton. This mid-rise resort features studio, one, two and three bedroom units with fully equipped kitchenette, pool, laundry facilities, boutiques, shops, restaurants, sundries and candy store can all be found on the first level. Meander to Peddler`s Pavilion at the front of The Village and to partake in the seasonal nightly concert series. Enjoy the award winning communities of Rosemary and Alys Beaches, just a short walk away, and explore all they have to offer.
Once you arrive, just park your car and get around like the locals do — walk or bike! There is so much to see and do within a short distance. Need to rent bikes? We recommend Good Pedals. Use promo code `seastory10` to receive a 10% discount off your rental order.
The walk to the deeded beach access is 6 minutes or hop on the shuttle which ferries guests to the beach access and back again daily from 9am - 5pm from Mar through Oct.
Special Notes:
• Amenity Wristbands: In the condo on the hooks behind the front door you will find wristbands for your use. Each guest 8 years of age and older will need to wear a wristband to be able to access the following areas: the private beach access through Sunset Beach, The Village tram and the new resort pools at The Village across from Building G.
• Beach Access Info: Private beach access for guests residing at The Village is through the Sunset Beach community. From Peddler’s Pavilion (shopping area in front of The Village) turn right onto 30A. You’ll pass High Pointe on your left. The beach access is shortly thereafter on the left side of 30A (directly across from the Seacrest Beach entrance). All guests 8 years of age and older will need to wear wristbands to gain access to the beach through Sunset Beach.
• Tram Info: Free tram service to/from The Village and Sunset Beach access is available to all guest(s) of The Village from March to October, 9am-5pm CST. Tram departs from The Village resort pool area every 20 minutes. All guests 8 years of age and older will need to wear wristbands to access the tram.
• Beach Service: Beach chairs and umbrellas can be rented at the beach. For more information please contact Sea Oats Beach Service.
• Propane Grills: Weber propane grills for guest use are located within the pool area. Barbecue tools are kept in the condo in the drawer under the microwave. When using a grill, do not leave it unattended.
• Groceries: Need something quick? Just head to Seacrest Sundries at the front of The Village. The closest grocery stores are Publix or Aldi, both are 5 minutes away (by car). From The Village, turn left onto 30A. At traffic light, turn right onto Hwy 98. Go 2.5 miles, at the traffic light turn left for Publix and right for Aldi.
• Laundry: Coin operated washers and dryers for guest use are located on the 1st floor corridor across from the mailboxes
• Misc Info:
• HVAC unit and ceiling fans are controlled by remotes housed on the wall by the bunkbed. When adjusting room temperature or fan speed on the air conditioning unit you must point the remote at the AC unit. Remotes must be returned prior to departure.
• Please be respectful of other guests and owners in residence, quiet hours are from 10pm - 7am
• PLEASE NOTE: The Village community does not allow guests to bring in trailers or boats. If traveling with those items arrangements must be made in advance to have them stored off site. Effective 2022 The Village HOA has banned the use of golf carts, scooters and Mokes. Golf carts / low speed vehicles are not allowed in the neighboring areas of Peddler’s Pavilion, Rosemary and Alys Beaches.
PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT RENT TO STUDENT GROUPS, AGE OF PRIMARY RENTER MUST BE 23 OR OLDER AND RESIDING IN PROPERTY DURING STAY.
1. Smoking is NOT allowed. Evidence of smoking in the unit after guest departure will be subject to an additional cleaning fee charged to the guest who the reservation is under.
2. People other than those noted in the booking may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest.
3. All our properties are privately owned; property management and the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. Property management and the homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises and recreational gear provided with the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
4. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order.
5. Only use appliances for their intended uses.
6. Bed linens and bath towels are included in the home. Please do not use rental houses linens at the beach or pool. Beach towels are also provided in the home.
7. Please know we do not rent to student groups or to guests under the age of 23. Guest whose name is on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay.
8. This IS NOT a pet friendly property. Evidence of pets in the unit after guest departure will be subject to a $300 fee charged to the guest who the reservation is under.
*Homes left in complete disarray will be subject to an additional cleaning fee. Listing sites will be provided with photographs.
