The Space:
This one of only 6, true 1 BR / one bath condos at Village of South Walton offers 60% more space than the common studios. The living area has a new daybed with a trundle, both having twin mattresses. The property sleeps 4 comfortably with the added privacy of a separate BR. The kitchen is equipped with full size refrigerator,dishwasher, 6 in 1 microwave, hot plate, Keurig coffee maker,and pots and pans. The living room and bedroom have two LARGE smart TVs, 65" & 55". These things, along with the newly renovated bathroom, provide everything you need in a comfortable, spacious, and classy space!

The property has keyless entry. Your personal door code will be provided to you at the time of booking.

The Neighborhood:
Take the free shuttle down to the beach (in season) and spend your days in the sand. Soak up the sun while you wade in the warm, salty water of the Gulf of Mexico. When you are not at the beach, enjoy going for a swim in the two community pools (wade pool for the kids or reading a book) heated pool and large hot tub. Village of South Walton is within walking distance of many fantastic restaurants and exciting shopping boutiques. Spend the afternoon shopping on Scenic 30A before dining on deliciously fresh seafood at one of the many incredible restaurants lining the beach.There are also 2 grills located at the pool if you decide on a relaxing meal onsite!

Getting Around:
Within walking distance, the town center of Seacrest and the town of Rosemary offers many excellent restaurant and shopping options. From fine dining to a casual meal, there is something for everyone! A short bike ride away, Alys Beach also offers superb dining and shopping to enjoy.

Awesome weekend getaway

We have never stayed on the east end of 30a, we have always stayed on the west end near shunk gully. We truly enjoyed exploring a different part of 30a and learning the area. This is a condo that we will definitely stay at again. There is nothing negative to say about this place.

great place and location

Everything was great about this property. Clean, roomy, comfortable and convenient to everything. The pools are adjacent to the building; the Village where the property is located is really nice. Loved it!

Perfect place for family vacation!

My husband and I were excited to spend a vacation on 30A with our youngest son. This was the PERFECT place for us! The location was near all the activities we had on our list. It also looked just as pictured and was so cozy! Close to shopping, great restaurants and an easy walk to the beach. The hosts were so helpful as well.

Close to everything

Enjoyed our stay at this property that was close to everything on 30A. Did find that our “required” beach location was crowded. Ended up visiting several state park beaches which I highly recommend. That being said, the tram service to the required beach was always fast and convenient. Only thing I would recommend about the condo itself is that there was not enough places to hang up wet towels. Always seemed to have wet beach and bath towels hanging all over the condo to dry.

Favorite 30a location!

This condo sits directly in our favorite spot in 30A. It was perfect for my husband and son, located in the heart of seacrest, walking distance to beach and close to many shops and restaurants. Condo was just as described with easy communication with host and simple Check in.

Great for a couple. Walking distance to everything

The property was great, checkin was easy and effortless. Rosemary and Alys beach are within walking distance. We walked everywhere. There are a few shops, restaurants and a outdoor seating area in front of the complex. My only negative is there wasn't a balcony and checkout was at 10 vs 11 the next day. I would stay here again and would recommend it to anyone who wants to be able to walk or bike to dinner.

Fall Vacation

The property and room were amazing! However, we were very disappointed with the beach. 😩. The one day that the weather was nice enough for us to go, it was so packed with the reserved beach chairs that you couldn’t even see the water. So much for the beach. If you want enjoy the beach, this place is not for you. Unless you want to be packed like a sardine. Very disappointing..😞😞

Family vacation

It was lovely. There was an umbrella and chairs in rental which was extremely convenient for our beach days. Extremely accommodating kitchen with a waffle maker, blender and all necessary utensils. We just planned for no oven as seen in previous reviews. The microwave has baking capabilities and we were able to make fast meals when not going out to eat. Very comfortable bed and pull out sofa. Would love to come back. Very nice location, walkable to restaurants and live music. So fun- thanks so much!

Accommodating Hosts

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at the Villas. The location and ease of checkin/checkout was ideal for our short trip to the beach. There were minor issues outside of our control in the propriety itself, and the owners were proactive in their communication. Would stay here again!

Perfect vacation rental and location!

My husband and I were super excited to find this rental in Seacrest, and so close to Rosemary Beach. The unit was super cute and cozy, we loved that it was a 1 bedroom and not just loft style, and the kitchen had everything we needed to make full meals. The complex was also very accommodating with luggage carts and an elevator which made hauling our luggage easier, a free shuttle service to the beach, and two pools. We loved how close everything was, even all the restaurants and shops in Rosemary were a short walk away. Monica, the host, was wonderful and very quick to respond to any question we had! Overall a great stay and would definitely recommend!

Great beach location

Perfect condo for a getaway for my husband and I. Place was clean, and close to everything. The only odd thing is that there was not a stove to cook. I probably missed that in the write up.. we went out to eat anyway :) great stay- communication was perfect! Highly recommend

My daughter and two of her friends have been dying to take a trip to 30a so I booked this property for our small group. It was PERFECT!! I will definitely be booking this property again. The location was great and the property was great.

Great place to stay.

The condo was clean, check-in was easy, and the location was amazing. We will definitely be coming back next year. The only thing to note is that for our stay, there were no beach chairs or umbrellas available when we tried to rent them (we booked a month in advance). It would have been great if the condo would have had some as a backup option. Overall a fantastic place to stay, highly recommend!

Great place to stay for a small family!

Conveniently located to shops, food, entertainment, beach, and pool. The small market shop was great for drinks and snacks. The zero entry pool was amazing for our two year old daughter. It was a short tram ride to the beach. The condo was amazing for our family of four. The trundle bed was great for little ones. Owner was very responsive and let us extend our stay another night. Overall great place to stay for a short getaway for our family.

Great getaway for couple or small family

We had a great time staying at this property. It is clean, decorated so cute, and close to so many amenities. It is right next to the pool, which is great for small kids, and the tram stop is also very close for a quick ride to the beautiful beaches. The restaurants and shops nearby were also great. Monica is a great host and responded within minutes (sometimes seconds!) if we needed anything. HIGHLY RECOMMEND and will plan on staying again!

Great place to stay!

This property was clean, just as shown in pictures, and in a great location! I never had to reach out to the host as we had no issues, but she was thorough with check in and out instructions and info about the area! 2 min walk to downtown Rosemary and the property itself has a bunch of restaurants and shops around it. Loved our stay

Wonderful week!

We had a great time staying here for Spring Break. We had a 15 and 17 year old. Great location to everything including bike rentals, restaurants, pool and tram pickup.

A little slice of paradise

We found this rental by chance. It was perfect for what we needed - a base from which to explore and enjoy the area. We would recommend it for an individual or a couple but think it could be a bit cozy for more than two. Hosts were easy to work with and very responsive.
