Gatlinburg getaway

Very nice and clean place within walking distance to everything also had a bear that came to visit just about every night

Family Friendly - Close to Strip!

We were a family of 4, with two kids under 7 years old. Great condo for our small group. Location cannot be beat with a small walk to the strip.

Great week in the mountains

This was our 2nd time staying here. We spent our 25th anniversary here. Wouldn’t have stayed anywhere else. Perfect location to stay local or ride out to the sights.

Great location !!

What a nice little spot on the river and central to almost everything Gatlinburg has to offer… we loved sitting out on the deck and listening and watching the water roll down the rocks a very nice place. We will visit this place again !!!

Great place

Only thing I think they should do is get some darkening curtains for the bedroom to much light for trying to sleep and the sheets were a little rough but besides that everything was really nice.

Couples Weekend

This condo is in an excellent location and super convenient to most places downtown. The condo was very nice and clean. The furniture was comfortable. A great set up for a one bedroom. There was everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Pleasantly surprised

Perfect park and walk location! My wife and I were only in town for a few days and didn't plan on driving anywhere. It's off the main drag, quiet and well hidden from the bustle of Gatlinburg. The dedicated parking is a huge plus! We would stay here again and highly recommend it.

River Road Rest

This was the perfect place to stay in Gatlinburg to enjoy all the excitement with no traffic or parking issues. We walked everywhere which was a good thing because we stayed during the busiest week of the year. The condo was quiet, warm and comfortable. We enjoyed the balcony overlooking the river and the fireplace.

Best stay in gatlinburg

I have stayed in and around gatlinburg for years. This property is in a great location. Easy access to the whole gatlinburg strip. New everything in the unit. Extremely clean. Great price!

Great central Gatlinburg location

Loved the property. Just next to the Mystery Mansion (haunted house) on the creek that runs through Gatlinburg . Very convenient to everything in Gatlinburg. Parking is very tight. Only 1 space per unit. Would love to stay there again. Highly recommended.

Convenient Location

The condo itself is great and in a super convenient location. We would likely not stay here again due to the fact we could hear every move and step from the condo above us and kept us up every night as they must have had kids running around. The haunted mansion attraction next door also plays super loud music until late.

Enjoyed our stay. Didn’t really use the kitchen other the. The refrigerator but it was organized and well stockedThe washer and dryer is compact but gets the job doneSpacious bathroomSpecious bedroom-bed was a bit hard for my liking but very cleanVery centrally located and within walking distance to most everything in gatlinburg. Biggest complaint (and it’s not a big one) is the noise from the floor above us was quiet noticeable (footsteps, chairs scooting…)but I live way, way out of town so any night time noise beyond crickets and coyotes would be noticeable
