Upscale newer condominium in the heart of Gatlinburg. All of its many attractions are just a short walk away. Enjoy phenomenal views from two private balconies. The unit has a King master bedroom with jacuzzi tub and tiled walk-in shower. Second bedroom has two full beds and there is a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room. TVs in all rooms with cable and wireless internet. Full kitchen with dishwasher, stove and washer/dryer in closet. Free parking on-site. Unit is on 4th floor with elevator access. The trailhead to Sugarlands Visitor Center in the Great Smoky Mountains and the tram to Ober Gatlinburg are nearby.

Free parking in downtown Gatlinburg

The location of this property is really what sold it for me. Everything is within very easy walking distance and we saved $100’s by not having to find parking in town every day. It was clean, quiet and we enjoyed our stay. My only recommendation is that if you plan to do much cooking, you may want to bring your own cookware - as the kitchen is stocked with a couple basic, used, non stick pans.

Perfect Location

We wanted to stay right on the strip and this property was PERFECT! The owner was very easy to reach with any questions before hand. The property is a great size and layout- fromnthe bedrooms to the balconies (yes, we even sat on the balconies during Christmas time because the weather was nice). The decor could be updated but honestly that didnt affect our stay at all! Wonderful place and we would definitely stay here again!!!

Nice condo, short on amenities

This condo , like all in this area is in a great location. We've stayed in several condos in this building and the bldg. next to it over the last 12 years and found this to be the least " homey " feeling. Very little decorations and older furniture etc. Dining room table was very small and did not have enough towels for 2 people in the master bathroom. Very adequate condo but felt more like a motel room.

Wonderful condo

We had an awesome stay in this condo. It is quiet but still right in the middle of everything! We only drove once to go to pigeon forge. Otherwise, you can walk to all of the best parts of Gatlinburg. We hope to stay again soon!

Great Location

This property was very clean and the location was phenomenal! Great communication, as we arrived around 8pm and didn't know where exactly to go, very helpful. We stayed at the pool and ordered food for the first night and went out to eat the second. Options are limitless and all within walking distance ( no parking fees). Great place, whole family loved it. We would definitely love to stay at this location again!!
