Upscale newer condominium in the heart of Gatlinburg. All of its many attractions are just a short walk away. Enjoy phenomenal views from two private balconies. The unit has a King master bedroom with jacuzzi tub and tiled walk-in shower. Second bedroom has two full beds and there is a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room. TV in living room and master bedroom. Free WiFi. Full kitchen with dishwasher, stove and washer/dryer in closet. Free parking on-site. Unit is on 4th floor with elevator access. The trailhead to Sugarlands Visitor Center in the Great Smoky Mountains and the tram to Ober Gatlinburg are nearby.

The condo was beautiful, very clean, great location near the restaurants and shops on the Parkway. Tastefully decorated, and had everything we needed. However our only access to Main Street was to walk up and down the terribly steep driveway. Luckily we are in fairly good shape, I’m sure there are a lot of guests couldn’t have made it. That’s probably something that guests should be made aware of when renting.

Hi Michael! Thanks for the review! There is an elevator near the pool that takes you to the street level. We’re sorry you didn’t see the instructions where to find it. Please come back and try our condo again!!

This is the third time for us staying here. It is in the perfect location. Easy access to the steip and to the GSMNP. The condo is always neat and clean.

I was skeptical of renting from vrbo, but this place exceeded my expectations. It was beautiful, clean and located perfectly in Gatlinburg. The ease of rental, check in and check out was a snap. I highly recommend!!!

This condo is very nice and well maintained. Only complaint is that the walk to get up to it from the street is long and steep. I will not stay at Summit Manor again unless they come up with a solution for this.

There is an elevator near the pool that will take you to street level. It comes out in the garage across from the hotel check in. You do not need to walk up that steep hill. We hope you will stay with us again!

Location was perfect; we were close to the National park entrance so driving in to the park was quick & simple and also close enough to Gatlinburg to walk everywhere from the condo and avoid the car traffic and looking for parking. The condo was clean, nicely decorated, furnished and appointed to make our stay very comfortable! Will stay here again.

Great location

Property was very clean and perfect location in downtown Gatlinburg. We saw a bear every day we were there!!! Definitely will stay at this location again.
