We want to thank our hosts for a wonderful vacation. Great location and clean condo. You can tell that the owners take pride in providing a top notch experience for their guests. Came face to face with the local black bear too (folks were calling him Hank), so the Gatlinburg experience was in full force.We hope to return in the future. Thank you so much!

This condo was great! We loved everything about it. The location couldn’t be better. It’s in easy walking distance of restaurants and shops, yet still quiet with really nice views. The condo is tastefully decorated, very comfortable and so clean. The host was very friendly, helpful and quickly responded to my questions. I’d definitely recommend a stay here and hope to return in the future.

These was a perfect location. Long weekend trip to celebrate anniversary with friends. Only downside is that there is a very steep hill to get up to the property that could be difficult for some to walk it.

The place was in a great location close to the convention center. We were attending a festival and the condo is less than a five minute walk. Lots of places close by to eat. The place was very clean and the host was wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend staying here if in the area.

I can’t say enough good things about this rental!! It is absolutely top notch! The space is quite large which is rare to find! The furnishings are very elevated …. The beds (and luxurious sheets and pillow cases) were so soft and comfortable for a great night sleep after a day of hiking. Even the towels were like something you would find in a high end spa! The location is also amazing … just a short stroll down to the main street through Gatlinburg. There was plenty of parking which was FREE … so you can leave your car while you’re out dining or shopping. All other parking nearby will charge you per hour!! When I return to Gatlinburg, I hope this place is available for my travel dates. I wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else!!! Thank you Cathy and Glen for your hospitality!!

This is an excellent property. It is spotless and nicely appointed as well as being in a great location. The owners were very accommodating, responded to all our communication promptly and were flexible in regards to our check-in time. I highly recommend this condo to anyone considering a stay in Gatlinburg.

The condo was very clean upon arrival. The place looked better than the pictures. When you are on the balcony you can hear the creek flowing just down below. Located right next to the convention center made our trips there very easy and quick. The location was also towards the end of the strip so it made for convenient walking to the other end and back. 10/10 recommend staying here. Great communication by the host. Would definitely stay here again!

The condo was exactly as the pictures showed. Perfect for our stay. Great location to walk downtown. The steep hill is very hard to walk up. The Quality Inn elevator from the street side worked until our last day then it was out of order.

By far, one of the very best rentals my wife and I have had over the past 10 years. The rooms were clean and orderly, and very comfortable. The host is very friendly and easy to talk to. Gave us some details as to how to get from point A to point B. When attending any event at the convention center, THIS property is highly recommended. No need to pay for parking all over the place. Plan your stay and do some walking around. Close to Ober mountain, and a bunch of shops and restaurants.The views of the mountains is great. The air is fresh and clean. My wife enjoyed time in the pool, all by herself for an hour. Very stress free and relaxing, this is the GO-TO place to stay for a vacation in Gatlinburg.Thank you so much Cathy and Glen
