The main floor features an open layout with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and a cozy living room with a gas fireplace—perfect for winding down after a day outdoors. Step outside onto the private deck to enjoy the crisp mountain air. Upstairs, the primary suite includes a king bed and private bath, while two additional bedrooms and a full bathroom offer plenty of space for the whole crew. The finished lower level offers a second living area, another full bath, and a fourth bedroom—ideal for kids, teens, or additional guests.
Located just a short walk to Forest Ridge’s indoor/outdoor pools, hot tubs, fitness center, and tennis courts, the home also offers access to a seasonal winter shuttle to Loon Mountain, making ski trips easy and convenient. In summer, guests love the proximity to hiking trails, mountain biking, and local attractions like the Flume Gorge, Clark’s Bears, and the scenic Kancamagus Highway.
