Welcome to your perfect Auburn getaway! This newly renovated 2 bed, 2 bath condo is located in the peaceful and quiet Burton Place complex. Bright colors and stylish décor create a cheerful and relaxing atmosphere throughout the space. Unwind by the pool, enjoy the comfort of modern updates, and retreat to a serene setting just minutes from town. Whether visiting for game day, a weekend trip, or a longer stay, this spot has everything you need!
This unit offers two bedrooms, all on one level plus in unit laundry! This is located on the ground level making unloading/loading from the car a breeze!
BRING YOUR PET! Pets are welcome, please know there is an $80 charge per pet, per reservation. Any pet other than a dog must be cleared with the host prior to arrival!

This set-up comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests. Traveling with a larger group and need more space? We manage 4 units in this complex. Message us to ask for more details!
The unit includes a kitchen as well as most cooking basic you might need during your stay.
There are two full bathrooms, each equipped with a tub/shower combo.
You will have access to the entire unit. This unit is a self check-in unit. A code will be provided upon check in to access the unit.

1 parking pass is included with the unit. This complex will tow if the parking pass is not visible at all times.
