Welcome to your perfect Auburn getaway! This 2 bed, 2 bath condo is located in the peaceful and quiet Burton Place complex. Unwind by the pool, enjoy the comfort of modern updates, and retreat to a serene setting just minutes from town. Whether visiting for game day, a weekend trip, or a longer stay, this spot has everything you need!

This unit offers two bedrooms, all on one level plus in unit laundry! This is located on the ground level making unloading/loading from the car a breeze!

BRING YOUR PET! Pets are welcome, please know there is an $80 charge per pet, per reservation. Any pet other than a dog must be cleared with the host prior to arrival!

The unit includes a kitchen as well as most cooking basic you might need during your stay.

There are two full bathrooms, each equipped with a tub/shower combo.

You will have access to the entire unit. This unit is a self check-in unit. A code will be provided upon check in to access the unit.

1 parking pass is included with the unit. This complex will tow if the parking pass is not visible at all times.

This is a 10-star place to stay! Cleanest place I’ve ever stayed, easy walk to campus, and super cute. Parking right at the front door! I’ll definitely look to stay here again!

Thank you for a wonderful stay in Auburn - I can't say enough good things about this rental! Great location - we could walk to everything, and yet it was a quiet complex. The furnishings and amenities/extras were perfect - just enough to make us feel at home for a few days. Loved having some games and in-unit washer/dryer. Plenty parking (although a second pass would be very helpful since it's a 2 bedroom). Check in/check out was seamless. We will definitely be back!

Emily's darling Auburn apartment is ideally located. We stayed here during move-in and were so grateful to have a home base within walking distance of campus, as well as allowing us to step outside and be in the heart of downtown, with easy access to shops and dining. The unit itself is clean and sunny, with comfortable beds. The great room with combined living/dining/kitchen is spacious and well-appointed, and we were even able to run a small load of laundry before moving our son into his new dorm. Our only note for Emily and future occupants is that we found it difficult to establish a strong Internet connection and did not have the strongest cell service in the unit. This was easily managed by doing a little bit of work at a nearby coffee shop, and we know most people aren't at Auburn to keep up with work!

Emily is a very welcoming host, super quick to respond. This rental is super clean and very accommodating. Beautiful unit with comfortable beds/pillows. Very calm/quite complex for a college town! Location was perfect for us visiting for the weekend. We will definitely stay here again!

Perfectly clean and shiny! All as promised. Only thing to be aware is that if loud talker is next door, you may hear as you try to go to sleep. Beds super comfortable!!

The home was exactly as described. They were quick on responses. Very clean and safe location. The unit is a very short walk to the pool. We didn’t use the pool as we didn’t have time. It was small but would have been good to cool off in. The key to place is location. You can walk to everything downtown.
