Welcome to Juanita’s! This charming cottage has recently undergone a full renovation, originally built in 1941 and moved to its current location when interstate 77 was built we’ve honored the history and charm while adding modern convenience for your stay. Nestled in the heart of the Yadkin Valley you’re minutes away from numerous wineries, hiking trails and attractions. Featuring an upstairs master suite, as well as 2 bedrooms on the main floor with shared bath. Main floor laundry and fully equipped kitchen makes Juanita’s a perfect spot for a weekend getaway or a longer stay.

This was a great little cottage for 6 adults. The place was immaculate and had everything we needed. Conveniently located, easy to find, and a short distance to restaurants and wineries.

Such a cute and well maintained cottage! The kitchen and bathrooms were abundantly stocked with amenities and extras. The decor was a beautiful blend of modern comfort and thoughtful antiques. Nicole communicated with us promptly and we enjoyed our stay with friends. Easy access to the highway and only minimal traffic noise. Definitely would stay here again!

The property was very clean. Beds are comfortable. Great location. Went there for the 2026 NASCAR race at the North Wilksboro Speedway. Also visiting wineries and breweries. Highly recommend staying here.

Our stay at the cottage was wonderful! Beautifully decorated. It was extremely clean and everything so thoughtful. We had everything we needed and then some! It was a great location in proximity to several wineries and restaurants we visited. We will absolutely be back!

It was so roomy. Nice location with access to restaurants and sites to visit. Very cozy and clean. She provided extras in the kitchen. Had all appliances. So we'll built you didn't hear one another from upstairs to downstairs

We loved the location of this charming home for a wine tasting weekend. It has plenty of room for two couples - comfortable seating and amazing beds! The host has provided lots of “extras” to make you feel welcome.

House was perfect for our weekend of wine tasting. So close to so many wineries and Elkin and a literal stone"s throw from the gas station and Dollar General. House is in great condition and has all the big and luttle things you might need in your home away from home!

Our stay at this property was exceptional. The hosts have literally provided everything you need. The kitchen was well equipped, wonderful toiletries, very comfortable beds and streaming services on the tv. Nicole was very prompt with her responses when contacted. The location was convenient for us to get to the places we were visiting. My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and will return to this property for future stays. I would highly recommend this property and these hosts.

We were welcomed with a personalized note in the kitchen and right off the bat found the cottage to be so charming! Cozy and tasteful decor and well appointed. Nicole was very responsive with messages and checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. The location was stellar for visiting Yadkin Valley wine country. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit!

Our stay at Juanita’s was just about perfect. My wife and I used the location to attend Merlefest and the home was very modern, updated and very well thought out for a VRBO. Decor and furniture were excellent. Bedrooms had outlets and night stands in all the right places. Kitchen was well stocked and had coffee with a frother on the Keurig. Amenities were spot on. Nicole was very responsive ( no issues encountered) and left a nice welcoming note. We would stay here again and bring friends.

This cottage has everything you need. The kitchen is well appointed and the host is very accommodating. We loved the back porch and appreciated the carport when there was impending weather. The decorations were tasteful and it felt like home - complete with a Christmas tree! We will definitely stay here again. Thank you Nicole for sharing this home with us!

The location was perfect for us, close to our family and the interstate. The rooms are a good size which is a plus for luggage. This is an older home that has been fully updated leaving pieces of the original home which I really enjoyed. Plenty of your necessities provided. Decorated perfectly, especially for those traveling with a little, not too much for them to get into! Nice sized yard with nice porch and car port. We really enjoyed our stay here and will be back!

Cute cottage, I’m 77 and the bathroom downstairs was not suitable for seniors, no safety bars, had to step over a tall tub, was dangerous, had a walk-in shower upstairs, but a lot of stairs I couldn’t do every time I needed to go to the bathroom, so we didn’t use the upstairs. It would be great if you were younger. It was right of an interstate highway, heard vehicles all night.
