We enjoyed our stay! There was plenty of space for 3 couples. We loved hanging out and floating in the river, visiting vineyards, hiking ant Stone Mountain, and the Blue Ridge Music Center. The house was well stocked and the beds were very comfortable.

This property was fantastic! The house is very well appointed with all the amenities we could want. The riverfront was beautiful and we loved the firepit! The beds were super comfortable and the kitchen had all of the cooking items we needed. Plenty of dishes, glasses, and starter packs of soap, coffee and saran wrap, spices, etc. i would love to return!!!

We all had a wonderful time. I chose to bring head band led lights for the grandchildren, this was perfect for night time river exploration!!!! Host was great to work with!

The house is beautiful with plenty of options for sleeping. It also has the nice outside area to sit and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Tim and Heather are great at getting back to you when you have questions.

What a spectacular property! This was exactly what we needed. Our son got married at a nearby vineyard and this property is perfectly located. A short drive from Elkin and pretty much everything, yet is private and peaceful. With two bedroom on the main floor, my dad (86) didn't have to traverse stairs. The floor plan was perfect for multiple family members that want to be connected yet be able to get away for some privacy.The property is exceptionally well provisioned and the owners are so very wonderful. They responded very quickly and were able to accommodate a special request we had.We can't wait to come back to relax for real!

Annual Wine Tasting Trip

Wonderful place to stay. The home was beautiful, clean and well equipped. We enjoyed cooking out on the Blackstone and using the fire pit down by the creek. The host were very informative on local events. Highly recommend

This home was immaculate and comfortable. The host’s have thought of everything you need as your home away from home. Very family friendly. We enjoyed sitting down by the creek and taking in all God’s wonder. Beautiful and extremely relaxing. We are huge Andy Griffith Show fans, so our trip to Mayberry was a must. It’s a short drive to Mt Airy.
