Great property overall, and the host was great with help and check-in. The only reason I didn’t give it an excellent star is because of the furnishing. Other than that, everything was great and it was very close to the main town.

Great spot to land for the night on a trip down to Texas. Very comfortable stay. Communication with host was easy and home had everything that was needed.

Enjoyed our Christmas in this beautiful 4 bedroom home. The host was very thoughtful of our needs and we found everything we needed. Would love the opportunity to go back and stay here once again!

Pretty dirty. No washer or dryer. Lots of stray kitties in the alleyway. Ok location. The host was super nice though

I’m terribly sorry, cleanliness is our top priority so this is very upsetting to hear, I will check into this personally. The cats actually belong to the neighbor next door, but stay outdoors so they roam around unfortunately. I appreciate the feedback.

Got the job done. Easy check in and check out. Comfortable beds. We brought our own pillows after reading reviews. Major downside was the cleanliness. The refrigerator was really gross with food crumbs/chunks throughout and dirty floors with more bugs than you’d expect.

Very clean. Comfortable beds. Everything worked great. Anything we needed was available. Great space so everyone was comfortable. Convenient location to the highway.

The house was clean everything was in working order. The only issue I had staying at this house was there was no washer or dryer and very little items in the kitchen for preparing meals. The beds were ok but the pillows were extremely thin and cheap. Make sure you bring enough clothes that do not need to be washed and keep any meals you plan to make very simple.

The property itself had some positives, including the location, overall layout, price point, and simple check-in process. However, the biggest issue for us was the cleanliness. While the property appeared okay at first glance, there were multiple areas that did not seem to have been thoroughly cleaned between guests. We noticed visible dirt and buildup on baseboards, window sills, cabinets, AC vents, and inside parts of the refrigerator. There were also leftover food items from previous guests still in the refrigerator and pantry, including opened and partially used items, which made it feel like the property had not been fully reset before our arrival. Sample pictures attached. We were not expecting a high-end resort experience, but we did expect a basic standard of cleanliness and attention to detail. With a more thorough cleaning between stays, this property could provide a much better guest experience.
