We’re disappointed that several circumstances during your stay affected your overall experience. Regarding your arrival, the person you saw at the home was not the cleaning team finishing up. It was our property manager, who was onsite personally overseeing the delivery and installation of the replacement dryer. Unfortunately, the original dryer needed to be replaced, and we made every effort to have the new one installed between guest stays so that you would not be without a dryer during your visit. We understand that arriving while this was taking place was not ideal, but our intention was to minimize the impact on your stay. With regard to the dishwasher, it was tested and working during our pre-arrival cleaning. After you reported the issue, our maintenance team discovered that the water supply to the dishwasher had been turned off after our cleaning and before the issue was reported. Once the cause was identified, the dishwasher was able to function properly. We apologize for the inconvenience and frustration this caused during your stay. The pool is serviced according to a schedule established by the homeowners’ association, and unfortunately, we do not control those service dates. Their service schedule does not correspond specifically with guest arrival days, so a Thursday arrival can occasionally fall between scheduled pool services. We understand your expectation that the pool would be in perfect condition upon arrival and are sorry that this affected your experience. We appreciate your feedback and understand that these issues were frustrating, particularly after a long drive and during a vacation you had planned well in advance. We work hard to ensure every home is ready for each arrival, and in this case, we were actively addressing and managing several maintenance items to ensure the home remained fully functional for your stay. We’re grateful that you still recognized the home’s beautiful setting, spaciousness, location, and overall quality, and we hope you’ll consider staying with us again so we can provide the seamless experience we strive to deliver.
