Come relax on the uncrowded beach, swim in the PRIVATE HEATED POOL, fish off the backyard TREX dock, play VOLLEYBALL, have fun on our PUTTING GREEN, and park YOUR BOAT or a RENTAL Boat on the water right in the backyard!

If the exclusiveness of the neighborhood isn't enough to draw you in, this luxurious 6 bedroom/ 5.5 bath house (includes 2 Ground Floor Bedrooms) and a PRIVATE HEATED POOL with in-pool seating, splash pad, waterfall, and deck jets certainly will with a HUGE HOT TUB just steps away from the pool. Walk 3 minutes from the front door to the ocean. Park your boat or rental at the dock behind the house for the duration of your stay...and explore all that the waterways of Orange Beach, Perdido Key, and Pensacola have to offer.

For your beach outings, we provide a commercial Icemaker, cooler with wheels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach toys, and a wagon with off-road tires to tote your belongings. For waterway play, we provide 2 kid kayaks, 2 adult kayaks, and a SUP stand up paddleboard! For your boat, we provide a place to tie up, shore power, and freshwater. We have three other houses in the neighborhood as well VRBO #1679216 that sleeps 14, #2145195 that sleeps 22, and #3744855 that sleeps 30. Between all of them, we can accommodate 102 people.

There is ample covered and uncovered seating on the spacious, wrap-around Trex decks and covered patios. Ring Toss and Bean Bag corn hole boards are provided for guest entertainment. There is a Ping-Pong Table and Arcade in the garage. The volleyball court provides fun for all! 2 Tennis & 6 Pickleball Courts just steps down the street from the house!

The entire 6 bedroom 5.5 bath house has recently been remodeled top to bottom with coastal finishes and high-end furnishings. The 1st Level King, 2nd Level Master Suite, and 3rd Level Master Suite feature Tempurpedic memory foam mattresses to ensure a restful night's sleep. Professional Series stainless appliances are in the kitchens, which are fully stocked to cook and serve your guests.

The living room features a new large U-shaped sectional with a 75" 4k HD TV. There is also a 65" 4k TV outside by the Pool! All the bedrooms feature 4k TVs. All TVs have voice command remotes with YouTube TV service provided. Streaming Services all available. There is super fast wifi internet throughout the house.

Short drive from the house to Orange Beach, Gulf Shores, and Pensacola.
