                                             OCCUPANCY & AGE RESTRICTIONS
As per Seaside Heights Ordinance #179 & 55-3. Between April 15 and June 30, occupancy limited to no more than two adults per bedroom plus two children 12 or younger. Minimum age for rentals must be 21 years or older and must be residing in the rental during the rental period. Reserving Guest will agree to provide names, addresses and ages of all guests staying in property. Reserving Guest and Guests under 21 must agree to have a Guardian Consent and a Parent execute a Parent Consent Form issued by the Borough of Seaside Heights. No Exceptions. Reservations during this time period can not have outside guests. Any group rental seeking to check in in which all guests are under 21 years of age or bring attempt  additional guests will be denied access and forfeit any monies paid. Maximum is 10 adults guests an 2 children under 12.

This professionally designed, two story, non smoking, four bedroom Home (Sleeps 8 adults & 2 children under 12) has an open floor plan with a living room with smart TV, full kitchen including small appliances, full size refrigerator, dishwasher & microwave. All cookware & dinnerware provided. Central Air Conditioning, Four Full bathroom with tub and shower . Three bedrooms have Queen beds and one bedroom with two twin. Living room has a double twin trundle sofa This Home offers has a private second floor deck with table and direct rear access to yard and 1000 ft roof top deck. Large rear Courtyard with lounging, dining, BBQ and outdoor shower. This property has a multi machine coin operate laundry just steps from the Suite. Standard WIFI Internet provided through out the property by Optimum.

Young Adult Rentals: a limited number of supervised young adult rentals are available for 2, 3 & 4 night packages from April 1 to June 30. Please inquire as to the exact dates and number of guests for rates and availability. Must have an adult 21+ years of age at all times on property and will agree to register with the Borough of Seaside heights in accordance with there Young Adult Rental Ordinance #179 & 55-3.. Any group rental seeking to check in which all guests are under 21 years of age will be denied access and forfeit any monies paid. Rates may be higher and will vary based on the number of guests. You can request a Special Offer Reservation once you confirm a 21 year will be on site.
