Lake Windermere Beach-themed Family Condo - 5 min. walk to Beach/20 min. to Ski!
Our 'Beach Themed' Family-friendly condo is sure to help you relax and enjoy your vacation. Corner unit allows north view of mountain valley, and west view with lots windows for natural light. West-facing deck with BBQ is a great place to enjoy your morning coffee before heading out on adventures or an evening night-cap afterwards.
This two bedroom, air-conditioned condo sleeps 5-6 adults comfortably in 5 beds and up to 8 total for families. The full working kitchen will allow you to cook your own meals and eat at the expandable dining table, or you can visit the many unique local eateries within walking distance.
The Queen Size bedroom is a quiet oasis for one or two with a queen-sized bed (sleeps 1-2) and closet, the full bathroom is right outside the bedroom door.
The 2nd, larger bedroom boasts black-out curtains, a sitting area, private balcony, walk-thru closet and attached full-bath. Three to five people can sleep comfortably on a double daybed (sleeps 1-2) and twin-over-double bunk beds (sleeps 2-3).
We have an additional single pull-out sofa bed/cot (sleeps 1), plus a portable play-pen to help everyone find a comfortable place to sleep.
Even with all these beds there is still lots of room to relax and play, your children will enjoy discovering the books and toys available for them (including a Wooden Train set; Tinker Toys; and assorted cars and miscellaneous toys). We have a soft sofa and loveseat combination in living room with TV. Our dining room table can expand to seat up to 8 so you can enjoy your dinners together
Once you leave the condo, it is only a short 3-5 minute walk to access James Chabot Provincial Park, which boasts a climbing structure and sandy beach. In the winter you can take the free shuttle or drive 20 minutes to Panorama Ski Hill. We are also within an hour driving from Kicking Horse, Kimberly, and Fairmont Ski Hills.
The condo complex also boasts an outdoor heated pool, and two hot tubs/whirlpools and beach lounge chairs for your relaxation. In the off season, October - May Long, the pool is closed and only one outdoor hot tub is available. Clubhouse with fitness room and showers/lockers is also available for your enjoyment.
Features include: 50" Flat-Screen TV with Roku, Blu-Ray & DVD Player, Family Movie Collection, Reading Library, Children's Toys, Playpen and Booster Chair for your little ones. The dining table seats 6, with an expandable table. There are two balconies complete with patio furniture and a small BBQ. You have one reserved underground parking stall, as well as service-level first-come visitor parking. All doors have coded locks so there are no keys to manage.
Fully stocked kitchen has all the required appliances, as well as a Ninja Blender to make smoothies and other drinks, automatic coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, slow cooker, microwave, stoneware dishes, pots, pans.
From the condo you can either walk or drive into downtown Invermere to enjoy more shopping, local restaurants, Farmers Market on Saturday, the Kinsmen Beach (has playground, floating docks, slides and concession). Walking trails lead right from the condo as well.
We know your family will enjoy this fully-furnished mountain view unit with great access to the beach and amenities.

We are a family of five from Calgary, AB, Canada and are the original owners of this Condo. We have been renting it out as a vacation home since 2013. Our favorite things to do in Invermere, when we are not enjoying the lake, include the Farmers Market, the Kinsmen Beach, and trying all the delicious restaurants in the area! Our goal is to discover all the great places to hike nearby.
