Great stay!!

We really enjoyed our stay! It was close to everything in town. Well stocked kitchen, and linens. Very clean & great views! Will be back for sure!

Excellent view of golf course and mountainside beyond.Easily accessible to all Ruidoso.My grandson greatly enjoyed his “man cave” on the bottom level.

We enjoyed our stay!

The house Is spacious, clean, and very comfortable! There was plenty of everything we needed. Having a washer/dryer set upstairs and downstairs is helpful. The location is perfect and close to everything. The wildlife come right up to the house. The only issue we had was we purposely book houses with 2 showers because we have 3 teens, the downstairs shower was not useable because of low water pressure and septic issues. So unfortunately we all had to share one shower for the week. If that gets fixed we would most definitely stay here again!

Best rental in ruidoso!!!

Such a wonderful place!! Easy to find, easy to get to, views that are amazing, elk every morning, we watched them from the patio and even had deer and Elk in the yard.... all the bedrooms are comfortable and super nice! New leather furniture was super comfy... kitchen has everything you could ever need.. laundry, billiards room downstairs.... it's just stellar really... super quiet... super comfy..BBQ on the patio, you can sit outside upstairs or down... the owners are very accommodating..... can't recommend this place enough!!! It's amazing and we will always be back!!!!! The Clark's

Hi Gustavo, thanks for your review, and we've shared it with the homeowner. They report they collaborated with their cleaning team who said they found spider webs only in the heater vent in the upstairs bathroom; it's been thoroughly cleaned. The homeowner also would like to share pest control sprays their property every other month to help combat the bugs. Thank you for your feedback!

Beautiful place!

This home was very big and spacious, very clean and open. Great for our softball tournament! Will be recommending to our friends for a great stay! Easy process and great communication.

Good stay at the Good place just like felt at home.

The place has great view from the golf course. It has plenty of rooms and space for all the family. All the stay was good and a big plus is the location and fully furnished.

Relaxing weekend

Our group enjoyed staying at Lil Mtn 2! The home is spacious and was equipped with everything we needed. While we stayed in winter we are looking forward to a return visit in summer. The decks under the pines and overlooking the golf course will be a great place to gather. I look forward to bringing my bike and riding the paved 4+ mile path around the golf course! We saw plenty of elk and a beautiful herd of wild horses! Perfectly relaxing time with family and friends!

Lovely and relaxing

We enjoyed our stay very much. It was clean and very well equipped in all areas…bathrooms, kitchen, lots of tables and chairs and there was even sugar to make sugar water for the hummingbird feeders. We watched the golfers from early morning to evening…great entertainment. We saw elk and deer in the evenings on the golf course plus a group of wild horses. We loved this place and location! We would stay there again. Thanks Bridget for making our stay a great one!

Not too far and not too close.

Nice little place close overlooking the golf course with enough room to spread out and relax. Perfect for the weekend (or weekday) get away!
